August's P.O.V
I walked up my ex Zayna and said"So what is there you have to tell me".
Zayna looked down to the ground and her lip started to shake. She said"I... I'm pregnant". I shook my head and said"Ok..so why you telling me".
Zayna looked at me as if I was crazy and said"I'm 3 months pregnant we was together 3 months ago, even though I cheated me and him used protection". I didn't know what to believe. I was already starting to move on from her but now she claiming she carrying my seed. I don't want just play her but shid she cheated on me. I looked at her and said"I can't do this" and walked away.
She screaming my name crying chasing me. I felt her hand on my arm. I turned around with hate in my eyes. "You wait now to fuckin tell me. You except me to believe that baby mines. I can't deal with this sh-t. Those tears don't mean nothing to me". Everybody started crowding around us. I turned around and saw Chantal. She walked away from the scene.
"Chantal"! I screamed. She finally stopped.
Chantal's P.O.V
Today, I was sitting at a table with my Bestfriend Salise and others. Everybody got up and saying August and his ex name. I was curious so I got up and went to see what was happening.
When I went to see what was happening I seen August looking very mad about something. Then I heard him say "You wait now to fuckin tell me. You except me to believe that baby mines. I can't deal with this sh-t. Those tears don't mean nothing to me". I felt betrayed like why would get her pregnant while we was together.
I didn't want him to see me standing here so I walked away as fast as I could. All of a sudden I hear August screaming my name. As much as I wanted to keep walking I knew I couldn't run away from him. I stopped and said"Wow August I thought we was better than that. You getting bitches knocked up, but you throw a bitch fit when I talk to Trey. That's so low I couldn't even do something like that to you". He looked at me and said"Chantal you jumping to conclusions before you even hear my side. That's fucked up I'm supposed to be ur man so you should at least listen to what I have to say. To be honest she's 3 months pregnant and I don't even think it's mines. She cheated on me while we was together. You should know I wouldn't dare even think of knocking a girl up while we was together".
I looked up at August I could read him easily, and I knew he was telling the truth. "Okay baby, but you need to get a DNA test to see if her baby is yours". He replied" Of course I am and if it's mines I'm going to take care of it".
August P.O.V
I called Zayna over to my house so we can talk about getting the DNA test done.
When she arrived she wore a beige Aztec sweater, leggings and timberlands. I can't even lie she was pretty but not better than my baby.
"August it's cold as hell outside come open the door"she yelled.
"Here I come" I said and opened the door. We went to my room because I didn't need my mother knowing about this. If we was to found out I would be on the first 48 missing persons. My momma don't play that.
"So did you schedule the DNA test"I said.
She replied"I scheduled the test for Friday since my appointment is the same day. The lady told me it will only take an hour to get the results. August I know you probably hate me but I just want this baby to have their father in their life". After hearing about that it made me feel guilty for not believing it wasn't my baby. My father wasn't in my life so if this baby was mines I was gonna take care of it.
"If it's mines you don't have to worry I'll be there for both of y'all even though we not together you still gonna be my baby mama" I said. She hugged me and said"See you tomorrow".
She left and all I could do was think of how Chantal will act if it was my baby.
