Chapter 3

Chapter 3: Saved by the Food

Vik's POV
More tears rolled out of my eyes as I opened my mouth. I breathed deeply again. "I'm gay."

"Oh" was the only response I got as I heard JJ get up and exit the room.

I closed my eyes and sobbed harder. How can JJ just walk away!

"Why are you crying? It will be okay. Here." I kept crying but looked up to see that JJ came back in with tissues. I grabbed one and wiped my eyes.

"It's okay, we don't care if you're gay." Simon said bending down to where I was sitting. I then could feel Josh's arm going up and down my leg.

"Yeah, who are we to judge?" Harry said giggling slightly.

I smiled a little but I was still crying. Josh moved closer to me and put his hand around me. He pulled me into him and I snuggled my face into his chest. I sobbed quietly for a bit into his shirt while everyone started exiting the room. Soon it was only me and Josh in the room. I finally stopped crying and sat up from Josh. He smiled and I smiled back.

"Hungry?"

I nodded and he got up from the couch. I started to stand up when Josh pulled me from the couch and into the air. I automatically wrapped my legs around him. He chuckled and walked out into the kitchen, getting the rest of the sidemen.

~time skip~

"Vik?" I heard a deep voice call in my ear. I groggily opened my eyes and saw Josh looking down at me with a sparkle in his eyes. I smiled slightly and realized that I had fallen asleep in a 5 minute drive. My face lit up with blush when I realized. He moved out of the way and grabbed my hand, pulling me out of the car. I rubbed my eyes as we walked up to the door with the rest of the sidemen.

We found our seats and order our meals. We sat kind of awkwardly until JJ spoke up already laughing to himself.

"So what's your type."

I started choking on my water at the sudden question. "What?"

"Like are you in to blonds, brunettes?" He smirked at his question and I blushed slightly.

"Maybe a brunette with a beard and green eyes." I said giggling a little. My blush grew even bigger, however, when I realized that I had just described Josh. I hoped that no one realized but they did.

"Sounds like someone we know." Josh said cockily. I laughed, trying to hide the truth but it didn't seem like it worked.

JJ was about to question the crush, but the food arrived. Making him lose his train of thought. Saved by the food.
