"So where do we go from here I know you probably wanna press charges on me for everything I put you through"Todd said to Jasmine

Jasmine looked at him gathering her things to prepare her and her baby to get out of the dump abandoned old house they were in.

"Look I feel like we have much more important things to worry about ,like how are you gonna tell Mike your not gonna accept that money from him and let the war end between you two".

"I don't know about that jasmine"Mike responded with frustration in his voice.

"What exactly do you need that money for ?"jasmine questioned Todd

"Idk it's not about the money"he replied
"Then excuse me for being curious but what the hell did you do all this for if you didn't need the money"At this point Jasmine was starting to get aggressive with her hands in Todd's face .

"Man you wouldn't understand the half of it if I told you just forget it "he said..

"What do u mean just forget it I can't just forget everything that's happened here" jasmine said.

"I know I know I just"Todd look out the window because he sees a car pulling up slowly

"Jasmine duck down"he whispered as he got low to the floor

"Huh?"..

"I said duck down I think someone is about to.."

Gunshots starting coming through the raggedy house

"Jasmine jasmine jasmineeeee"he yelled as he started crawling towards her just in case the shooting starts back

He sat in silence and told jasmine to stay low but when he looked up it was already too late she was gone already she wouldn't move at all he shook her trying to make her wake up she coughed and looked at him

And said
"I need you to tell Michael to take care of the baby okay "jasmine uttered as tears fell down her face and blood came from her lips

All Todd could do at this point was cry and ask God to protect her protect her soul and strengthen her to make it through this mess of madness that he had caused

The shooting stopped and the car, you could hear the tires  rubbing against the street .

Then the sirens started coming getting closer and closer .

Jasmines eyes rolled in the back of her head .

She was gone

Todd let her finger go and layed her on her back whispered in her ear

"Sister I'm sorry"
Kissed her cheek and got up and walked to the baby the baby had slept through everything .

He couldn't do anything but look at the baby and realize that he owes this baby so much..

Bam bam bamm

"Police open up"they yelled from outside the door

Todd's eyes grew bigger and bigger in shock not knowing what his next move would be
