"When we grow up, someday, I'm gonna make you my wife." Andy said as he stared at me.

"Don't be silly. We're best friends, we can't get married." I responded. Andy has always been like this. He's always told me that when we grow up we're getting married. I like Andy, but as a best friend. We can't get married. I wouldn't have a best friend if we did.

"We can be married best friends." he smiled. I laughed and turned my head, looking up at the stars. Andy's tree house has the best view of the stars at night. Whenever I slept over we'd always sleep in the tree house.

"Silver! Time to go home!" I heard my mom call out to me from the back porch. I sighed and stood up. I went down the ladder and stepped onto the green grass, Andy following closely. We walked to the back porch where my mother stood. She patted my head and smiled down at Andy and I.

"Ready to go?" my dad asked. I nodded. Andy grabbed my shoulders and spun me around to face him.

"Bye, Silver. I'll be over early tomorrow to sketch with you." he said with a smile. I smiled back in response.

Andy and I like to sketch each other sometimes. Other times we sketch different things. I sketch things like trees or flowers, while Andy sketches people from the bands he likes. I don't get why he likes people who always looks angry , but that's his thing. I've never really listened to those people, but it looks like it's really scary stuff.

"Say bye to Mr. and Mrs. Biersack too." said mom.

Mr. and Mrs. Biersack are like my grandparents. If Andy isn't at my house, then I'm here. Mr. Biersack is into the scary stuff that Andy likes. I guess that's why Andy is the way he is. Mrs. Biersack is more on the reserved side, like me.

I ran up to them both and hugged them with a quiet goobye.

My parents said bye to everyone and we walked nextdoor to our house. Yeah, we live next door to each other, my parents occasionally come over with me to visit The Biersacks while I visit Andy.

When we got home I went to my room and pulled out my sketch book. I began sketching a boy, much like Andy, but not quite. It was more of a sketch of more fitting friend to Andy. While sketching my mom came into my room.

"Time for bed, sweetie. Go shower and brush your teeth." she said.

"Okay." I replied. I got all my things together. My pajamas, my towel, and undies. I walked down down the hall to the bathroom.

After my shower, I made sure to brush my teeth for two minutes like my dentist says to. After that I walked up the hall to my room where my mom was putting my sketchbook onto my desk. I'd left it on my bed earlier.

I put my towel on a hanger to dry and went over to my sketchbook, hoping to be able to sketch a bit more. Sadly, my mother had picked me up and sat me on my bed.

"Bed time!" she said smiling. I crawled under my covers and my mom kissed my forehead.

"Goodnight, my little artist." she whispered.

"Goodnight, mommy." I whispered back. With that, I closed my eyes and fell asleep.

[Memory Over]

That day was so long ago. If I have to remember him then I want to remember that day. Back when we were best friends. Back when he was content with sketching his favorite bands, collecting posters, and just spending the day with me. Before he decided he wanted to be in a band.
