BANG YONGGUK's POV

Damn it! It has almost been 2 hours since she disappeared out of my sight, maybe she ditched me as well and made her way back into the restaurant, but after a little procrastination, I decided to call my parents just to make sure she is back already.

> PHONE CONVERSATION <

My father - "Hey son, we are almost done here, you and Min Yi can come back now."

Me- "Wait, what?! Min Yi is not in t-the restaurant with you all?"

Father- " What? Dont tell me you lost her, wait hold on, I got another call, you better bring her back safe and sound or we cannot merge with Joult Company! You are dead meat if she doesnt come back with you."

Me- "O-okay."

> CONVERSATION ENDED <

Shit! Dont tell me this is happening, where could she have gone?! What if something bad happened to her?

"No no no no, dont think negative thoughts." I said to myself as I gulped and made my way out of the mall to search for her. I started running and looked into every corner in this area but still no sign of her.

"Excuse me, have you seen a girl wearing a salmon coloured party dress anywhere?" I asked a passerby but she shook her head and walked off.

"Umm excuse me, have you happened to notice a girl wearing a salmon coloured party dress? Someone just a little bit below my height?" I asked another girl who was listening to music near the parking lot, but she shook her head.

"Please dont be lost Min Yi, please." I pleaded. Not long after, I ran to the pathway where we both came from just now, this might be where she is because this route is not an easy one to take.

LEE MIN YI's POV

"Get away from me! Anyone! PLEASE! HELP!" I yelled as loud as I can, but all this drunk man did was laugh with his mouth reeking of alcohol.

"You can call for help as many times as you want, but no one is going to save you honey." He said with a slurred speech. "Come on, shout more, SHOUT!!" He demanded. I was trembling with fear.

"H-help!" I yelled but I stuttered because I was just too scared to do anything.

"You see? No one is going to save y-" Before he could finish his sentence, someone grabbed hold of him and punched him onto the floor. I hoped it was Yongguk, I hope.

It turned out, it really was him. I had no idea why but I just felt happy and relieved because of his presence.

"Min Yi! Are you okay? Did he hurt you or do anything to you?!" He asked, this is the first time i've seen him looked so worried. I couldnt say anything, because I was still in shock so I looked down to hide my embarassment.

My eyes widened when he suddenly gave me a hug.

"I w-was so worried, I shouldnt have ditched you like that, this is all my fault." He apologized, that apology alone sounded so sincere.

"It's okay, you found me now and i'm fine." I said trying to comfort him.

He then let go of the hug and I saw a tear roll down his face. Is he crying? He noticed that I was staring at him so he hesitantly wiped the tear away with his hand and looked at me.

"L-lets just go back to the restaurant, I dont think our parents should know about this." He exclaimed and I nodded as a sign of agreement. With that, I fixed my hair and walked closely by Yongguk's side.

Eventhough I am very very mad at him for ditching me like that, i'm glad that he

found me.
