Liam looked at the sleeping figure next to him. They were driving for nearly 3 hours now and Niall had fallen asleep with the book he was reading open on his lap. He looked truly adorable. So peacefull. The way Liam prefered to see him.
Maura had been all worried, but Liam was glad she trusted him enough to let him take Niall. He told her that this way she could just give all her attention to getting the disvorce ready. About Niall's dad, there was a big chance he'd get send to prison for child abuse.
Niall was having a hard time with it, but Liam had told him he'd get him through it and Niall believed it, because Liam had proved himself before. The blonde boy in the passenger's seat moaned softly as his blue eyes fluttered open.
"Goodmorning." Liam laughed softly. Niall looked up slightly confused, but then realised he was sitting in the car. "I dazed off? Sorry.." he mumbled. "That's okay. You need your rest anyways." Liam smiled slightly as he owned a smile from Niall in return.
He was still having an bandage around his arm and he'd probably end up with scars, but they had gotten sort of a cream that would probably make it less worse. In the end he had carved the word "memories" into his skin. Niall told Liam honestly that he hadn't thought about what concequences it would give because he was sure he'd die, which, if Liam hadn't found him, would have happend.
"I'm really tired lately.." Niall admitted. "That, Niall Horan, is because you think too much!" "I know.. I know.." The blonde muttered, waving it off. "Are we there yet?" He asked curciously, looking out of the window. The only thing he saw was snow and cars on the other ways. "Just another hour. Do you want to eat something somewhere?" Niall nodded slowly.
After they got something to eat in a restaurant they drove off to their destination again. "Don't you start feeling sick reading in the car?" Liam asked frowning. They had been driving for another half hour at this point and Niall hadn't looked up from his book once.
"No, why?" The blonde asked, looking up from this point though. "Well, alot of people ge sick of reading in a car. It's not like they can't read in the car, but they start feeling sick after a while." Liam explained the irish lad, who chuckled.
"I've never felt sick while reading in the car. I actually always used to read in the car from the moment I learned how to do it." "Impressive." Liam laughed softly. Niall chuckled in return and looked down at the book again.
"What is it about? It must be interested because it actually has your attention." Niall would look out of the window after 2 minutes of maths. His concentration was really bad, but he was able to concentrate on the book. No doubt he liked the book more then maths though.
"It's about a boy living on the streets making money with singing as he gets discovered by an idol and gets famous, using the power he has because of it to bring messages into the world that really do matter." "Sounds interesting." "You can borrow it if you want to." Liam smiled slightly. "I'd love to."
Niall seemed slightly confused when they changed directions and drove into a forest. "Are you going to kidnap me?!" The boy sqwuaked. "Maybe.." Liam said with a low voice. "Whoa! Liam you're scaring me!" "Keep it dry." Liam laughed. Niall realized after a view seconds that he meant 'don't piss your pants' and blushed. "Trying.." He laughed softly.
Niall noticed a small house. It looked nice and welcoming pretty much. "That's it?" He asked, smiling slightly. "Yep." Liam parked the car as Niall got out in the snow. Liam didn't quite understood why, but Niall appeared to prefer small houses of massive onces. Most of the time it was the other way around.
Liam got their bags out and carried them to the door as he handed Niall the keys so he could unlock and open the door. Niall was struggeling with the key for quite a bit, but then managed to get it open and stepped inside. It was really cold.
"Let's turn the heating on, yeah?" Liam chuckled as Niall nodded and walked into the livingroom, not bothering to take his coat off. "Is that a jacuzzi in the garden?!" He asked, walking over to the window excited. Liam nodded. "You can easily make use of it with this weather. The water is warm enough. It's a bit cold getting out though."
"Can we try tomorrow?!" Niall asked excited. "But ofcourse. Did you take your swimmingpants though?" His smile faded. "Shit.." He mumbled, jaw dropping as he sank onto the couch. "Sure good thing I brought two." Niall looked up, smile returning.
"How do you do it?" Niall asked. I frowned. "What do you mean?" "How do you manage to always make me feel so happy?" He questioned more clear. "I don't know.. I just want to make you smile like you just did and I'm willing to do everything for it somehow.. I don't really know either." Liam said, sitting down next to Niall. "Thank you Liam." Niall said. He sure thanked him alot.
"You don't have to thank me love." "I still want too.." He pouted as he crawled into Liam's arms. he simply couldn't help himself. Liam was far from bothered by it. He slowly stroke the boys back. "Liam.." Niall broke the silence after a while as he slowly sat up and looked Liam in the eyes. "Yes?"
"I uhm.." Niall suddenly couldn't find his words anymore. "What's wrong?" Liam asked, his hand moving up to touch Niall's cheek. "I know it's bad but.. but..." The blonde bit his lip and looked away, down at his lap as he played with his own fingers. "What's bad Niall..?"
"It's bad that I'm falling in love with you."
It took Liam a couple of seconds to realize what his student just had said. He was in love with him... Liam got a hold on the boy's chin and slowly made him look up as he pulled him in. He softly brushed his lips against Niall's as he felt the younger boy doing doing the same.
"I've already falling in love with you long ago."
I love you guys so much that I'll give you smut in chapter 16 or 17 (: <3 Hahaha, anyways, I'm getting a bit busy with school, so updates might take a bit longer. By that I'm very happy with the compliments I've gotten about my new Niam Story (The Hunger Games) as I will continue that one too for sure!
