COLLINS' POV

Emily stood up, took my hand and pulled me up. I was happy with what was happening, I wanted to kiss her. I wanted to so badly. I really just wanted to be able to call her mine. "Collins?" Emily Whispered. "Yes, Emily?" I say. "I've been thinking about you, a lot. Not in a creepy way." She giggled. " I do like you, Collins. I'm sorry I didn't say it earlier. I haven't known you for long, but at the same time, you've been there for me, you've told me everything is going to be okay, you helped me out in certain situations." Emily explained.
I moved closer, she was so beautiful, her dark green eyes and her long brown hair were perfect. I felt something I haven't felt in such a long time. I took hold of her hand, intertwined our fingers. She was so cold. "Emily, your freezing." I chuckled. "I know, I almost like freeze up when I'm nervous." Emily had a crack in her voice. I looked back up at her "hey, what's wrong, you're crying?" I asked with worry.
"I'm happy, I'm sad, and I'm scared. Happy with us, sad because I could be getting adopted and scared for tomorrow." She told me. "Don't be" I say. I moved my right hand up her side pulling her close.
She looked back at me and I knew it was the right time. I put my other hand around her waist, pulling her in closer, we both leaned in. As our lips touched and we melted into the kiss. All my worries faded away. I just wanted to be with her, thats all I wanted since the day I saw her. Emily pulled from the kiss resting her forehead on mine. She had her hands wrapped around my neck. I was happy to call her mine.
