Chapter 25: Phoenix Priestess Pt. 2

Once we got there, E'Claire started to run towards the ancient place and searched around inside. Gray looked at a flight of stairs where it led down underground. All of us went down and realized it did suit where a wizard would be.

E'Claire was starring at a picture that had 2 parents and a small little girl that looked like her. I looked at it and a faint glow started to shine before she touched her father. A projector showed up with a man who seemed to be gone now. E'Claire was in tears later that night and Lucy comforted her while the rest of us were talking and watching the two.

Raven- "so where exactly are we going?"

E'Claire- "A village named Veronica. Its filled with magic and its where the 400 Anniversary of the Phoenix as well."

Raphna- "Why are we going there?"

E'Claire-" Just to spend a few nights there."

Once we gotten to the village, the whole place had flying carpets, a woman used magic to fill all the cups with tea, and so much more. Every one split up into different groups. Wendy and Carla went around and played a game, Erza bought a wedding dress, Gray and I went around and looked around, Raphna was with Happy and Natsu eating A LOT of food, and E'Claire and Lucy were walking together.

Cop- "Excuse me. But there is a rule about stripping in public."

Raven- "Told ya."

Cop- "lets get going and learn about the rules here in Veronica."

Gray- "Aww man. 😳"

Yea every one but Natsu, Happy, and Gray were upset for what they did. The two had to work to pay the extra cash and Gray had to learn the rules. Once everyone was at the hotel late that day, Erza was more happy than earlier today.

Natsu- "Erza seems for more happy than usual."

Wendy- " I think its because she bought a wedding dress earlier today."

Everyone- "WHAT?!"

Erza- "Problem?"

Everyone- "Oh nothing. 😃"

Lucy, E'Claire, and I were sharing a room while Gray and Natsu were in one across from us and Erza, Raphna, and Wendy was next to our room. Lucy just got done taking a shower and didn't bother changing while she was talking to E'Claire. Then out of no where a couple of knives were being shot through a small black cloud which had a guy wearing a mask popping out. A Necromancer. (If you don't know reader-chan, its another word for death magic.)

He started shooting at us and we had to jump out of the window while Lucy shouted out Natsu's name. I bet the boys heard it but we were still being chased by the guy until he reached a dead end. The boys started chasing him until he disappeared.

Gray- "Is everybody okay?"

Natsu-"Who was that guy?"

Lucy- "I don't know but he was going after E'Claire for a reason."

Gray and Natsu-" 😨 "

Lucy- "What are you staring at?"

Happy- "Don't you like the cool breeze?"

Lucy- "Huh?"

Happy- "Ooh la la 😸"

Lucy- "ahhh! 😖"

Everyone was staring at Lucy when her towel came undone and Natsu and I asked about Grays stripping addiction is contagious and he said that there's been worse. I felt bad for him.

Lucy- "Look away you pervs!!!"

Once everything cooled down later that night. We stayed there until our 3 days ended and we arrived at the guild again trying to break the stone so the Phoenix won't be made on its Anniversary. Natsu didn't think straight and used his wing attack on it and no crack has been made. Everyone was angry at him even Raphna was laughing in the background.

A few minutes later, a few blasts from the entrance of the guild had been made and destroyed somewhat of the whole guild. 3 people were standing in the opened and a guy named Dist started throwing boulders at Natsu injuring him real bad. Everyone started to transform into beast, satan, and armor and a woman has unrequipped them and injured Erza as well. A guy with blasters started to blast at Gray, Juvia, and I. Let me tell ya Juvia knows how to get jealous too quickly and get to the point right away when Gray is involved. But all three of us had been injured really bad since they were anti-magic bullets. Jet took Levy away while Droy stayed for no reason.

Dist took E'Claire from Lucy's protection by levitating her. They finally left but our Guild in pieces. Raphna was hurt as well but she wasn't bad like Natsu and the rest if the guild members. Wendy used her healing magic on every injured person and went to Natsu last. Mumbo (her duck friend 😊) was trying to get up but Happy stopped him in his tracks and told him to lay down and get more strength.

Natsu- "Those jerks. They will pay for taking our friend!"

Raven- "What can we do about it. They are going to take the stone and use it to make the phoenix so that one certain person gets to live for a long time."

Gramps-"Although we can stop the Phoenix before it makes a mess in Veronica."

Erza- "Master. I have failed protecting the guild while you were gone. I'm sorry."

Gramps-"Its fine. What we need to do is go to Veronica and stop that Phoenix before it destroys the area."

Droy- "Did Jet tell you the news?"

Gramps-"Umm."

Droy- "😧"

Gajeel was telling us everything when they were in Veronica and when we were on the train Natsu was able to hear even though he didn't look at the map. Gajeel showed us where we will be and who we will fight. Raphna will go with Mumbo, Happy, and Natsu that will go after Dist. Gray,Juvia,and I will be after the guy with guns. Lucy, Wendy, and Lillypanther will fight the guards. Gajeel will get under the roads to get the Necromancer. And Erza was after the girl. Everything was all planned and everyone was ready to save E'Claire.
