The red dust started to convulse, sucking the oxygen out of the vortex it created around me. I tried to breathe in, but I only sucked in the ruby dust, which was starting to look more like blood. I inhaled it. I took it in through my mouth, my nose, my ears. It was everywhere. It was becoming a part of me. No- not just a part. It was becoming me. The amount of ruby dust was dissipating as it scrambled in the vortex. Suddenly, I breathed in, and saw nothing but Rhys. "Rhys," I whispered weakly, and everything went dark.
