"Well, earlier I was able to use that red dust stuff to do my bidding. Maybe I can still get it to get us out of here..." Lyric shifted awkwardly. "What?" I asked. She brushed a piece of cocoa hair behind her ears. "I don't think I can get out of here. This stuff came from your dream, right? It brought me to you, well... more like it brought you to me. I think I'm supposed to be here. You're not. So you're gonna have to go without me." Lyric was being serious. "No... I- I can't leave you here. I can't let you go again. You have to come with me!" I cried, my voice echoing around the room. "Iris, you have to go. You don't belong here, I can feel it. I know you'll be able to find me again. I just know it." "But-" "No. Go. Now." She said sternly, but sweetly. I blinked away tears and obeyed. I breathed out and the red dust formed around me, burning into my skin. I could feel it reforming the tattoos from earlier, my clothes changing to a red flowy dress that was long in the back and short in the front. In a flash, everything turned black.
