"Severus Snape it has come to our attention that you did no wand magic in front of the kids at Hogwarts?" Fudge said as they stood in the court.

"No sir I did not perform no wand magic" Severus said looking at Hermione sitting in the chair.

"But witness say you made Miss Granger's wand disappeared" Fudge said.
"Witnesses and who might that be?" Severus said.
"Ronald Weasley" Fudge said as he walked up.
"Oh Ronald" Hermione said looking at Severus.
"Granger you said he wasn't part of this" Severus whispered.
"I didn't know I thought he wasn't" Hermione said.
"Miss Granger" Ron said.
"Miss Granger?" Hermione said

"So Mr Weasley you saw Mr Snape here make the wand disappeared?" Fudge said.
"Yes sir I did" Ron said.
"And do you know anyone else who knows who might of see this happened?" Fudge said.
"Yes but they didn't want to come" Ron said.

"And who is that?" Fudge said.
"Me your honor" Draco said.
"And me sir" Harry said.
"Oh great" Hermione said rolling his eyes.
"And your witness Mr Snape?" Fudge said
"Miss Granger" Severus said
"And me sir" Ginny said
"Miss Weasley" Severus said.
"Are these two and your witness ready?" Fudge asked
"No sir Miss Weasley was just added" Severus said.
"Two weeks and we will have this done" Fudge said.

"Ginny please don't get involved" Hermione said.
"I missed you" Ginny said.
"I do too but don't get involved" Hermione said.
"Forge and I are helping" George said.
"Weasley against Weasley?" Severus said.
"Mom wasn't happy" Fred said.
"Two weeks, Miss Granger will work with you" Severus said walking away.

"Where has he been?" Ginny asked.
"Since we had to go to trial broad think is best to have him on break" Hermione said.
"Since we?" George said.
"Why did you go against your brother?" Hermione said.
"To mess with him" Fred said.
"This isn't a game" Hermione said.
"Babe it okay, we know why we are here we watching and Snape didn't do that" Fred said.
"Babe?" Ron said.

"We can't talk" Hermione said.
"What?" Harry said.
"It is one of the rules other witnesses can't talk about the case, I suggest we shouldn't talk" Hermione said.
"We not even going to talk about it" Ron said.
"But it doesn't look good for both side if we are seen talking" Hermione said.

"So mate I suggest to leave us" Fred said.
"Mom will not like this" Ron said.
"Your fault for thinking you will win" Fred said.
"I agree with him" Ginny said.
"No we will win this" Ron said.
"This isn't a little game guys, you just got yourself involved with something you shouldn't be messing with" Hermione said.

"But it is okay for you?" Draco said.
"We would of won this case if you wasn't stupid and decided last minute to join" Hermione said.
"When did it become we?" Harry said.
"Since summer, like we said we have a task to do and I rather get it over with so I don't see him no more" Hermione said walking away.

"Pay up" Ron said.
"Aha very smart" Fred said.
"They solved it at first and now it case time it going back to fighting" Ron said.
"No wait till the case is over than let's see if they work things out yet" Ginny said.

"They betting on us" Severus said.
"I'm not stupid" Hermione said.
"2 galleons—" "I'm not betting" Hermione said.
"Lair 1 galleons?" Severus said.
"And what are we betting on?" Hermione said.
"That we win" Severus said.
"We always will" Hermione said.
"So no point of betting?" Severus said.
"Yea no point I think that stupid that Ginny is all of sudden coming" Hermione said.

"You and miss Weasley aren't talking?" Severus said.
"No Ronald won't let me" Hermione said.
"He doesn't control her" Severus said.
"But Fred and George control them and they can't talk to me even Harry which pretty stupid" Hermione said.
"The word is back" Severus said.
"Ugh I wasn't trying to" Hermione said.
"And you have failed" Severus said.

"Miss Weasley, we have to talk" Hermione said.
"Miss Weasley?" Ginny said.
"The case is a lot of work and we need to know if are really going to go through with the plan" Hermione said.
"Of course" Ginny said.
"You say that now but there is a lot of paper work that is required to get done" Hermione said.
"We need to know?" Ginny said.
"Miss Weasley we are a team" Severus said.
"It never was we it was stupid Snape and I" Ginny said.
"We are being professional" Severus said glaring at Hermione.
"Oh yea so professional" Hermione said.
"Not now" Severus said.
"Miss Weasley yes or no?" Hermione said.
"Yes" Ginny said.
They walked away and went to find the others.

"Mr Weasleys" Hermione said.
"Mr?" Fred said.
"What is going on?" George said.
"It is about the case" Severus said.
"We need to know if you are really going with our side of the case" Hermione said.
"Yes we are why?" George said.
"Because we need to do before we give information out" Severus said.
"Which we mean I" Hermione said as he walked away.

Two and half week later

"Got it?" Severus said as he walked in.
"Good evening sir" Ginny said.
"It is upstairs in the bathroom" Hermione said.
"Bathroom?" Severus said.
"I had it in my hand and I walked in there and just put it down" Hermione said.
"So sir we got everything done" Fred said as he walked down.
"Got what?" Ginny asked.

"Noting, so they got it all done they fully understand what the 'problem' is, it just—" "No just us, we been through this" Severus said.
"She would be big help" Hermione said.
"No more witnesses" Severus said.
"Snape think about it she was there she can be big help to our case—" "I said no!" Severus said.
"Fine!" Hermione said.
"Okay we will see you tomorrow" Fred said.
"Do not be late meet me here at 7:45am" Hermione said.
"Mione that too early" George said.
"7:45am do not be late, you are missing class for this" Severus said.
"That is true will not be late" Fred said.
"Good night and sleep please" Ginny said.

"Just think about it" Hermione said.
"Isn't helping!" Severus said..
"She is help why do you think I'm asking!" Hermione said.
"Very funny, she isn't helping us" Severus said.
"Why not?" Hermione said.
"Because she isn't going to be help to us" Severus said.
"I been saying yes she will be, she was right there and saw what happened!" Hermione said.
"Doesn't mean she can help!" Severus said.
"Why won't you let her—" "Stop! we are not getting her help" Severus said.
"Leave than!" Hermione said.
"Be glad to!" Severus said walking out.
"Forgot your pills!" Hermione yelled throwing it at the door.
