The Trial

"Good morning" Hermione said as they walked into her house.
"Okay so we are here, where is Snape?" Fred asked.
"I don't know, probably being stupid somewhere?" Hermione said.
"What wrong?" Ginny asked sitting by her at the table.
"Didn't sleep—" "But that was your fault" Severus said walking in.
"Thanks for showing up" Hermione said.

"Okay so we need to go in and sign papers" Severus said as Hermione stood up.
"Okay" Ginny said looking at them, they was matching pjs. (😂)
"No miss Granger and I we will be back" Severus said.
"I forgot to say to dress up, it starts in an hour go home and change please" Hermione said.
"Don't take your time change and come back, Miss Weasley don't waste your time" Severus said opening the door for Hermione.
"Rude" Ginny said as her took her arm and disappeared.

"What happened?" Molly asked as she saw them appeared.
"We have to change" Ginny said rolling her eyes.
"That stupid because she isn't dressed" Fred said
"I know right" George said walking upstairs.
"Who?" Molly asked
"Hermione she was wearing her pjs still." George said

"I need to change" Hermione said.
"Don't be—" "Forever yeah yeah I know" Hermione said walking in the floo.

"Ready?" Fred asked walking in.
"Where is Mione?" George asked.
"She is changing her clothes" Severus said putting his coat on.
"Okay so this is the only dress I have that appropriate— where is Hermione?" Ginny asked.
"She went to go change" Severus said giving them papers.

"So we was talking and we suggest you to use these line when the times comes" Hermione said walking fixing her hair.
"Hermione you are looking good" Fred said.
"I know what does Ronny see in brown" George said winking at Fred.
"Off subject" Severus said seeing that.

"So they will ask stupid question the thing is to not answer with a stupid answer but a with a smart question than answer it" Hermione said sitting down.
"So please when we get in there don't sit next to each other" Severus said to Fred and George.
"Yes sir" Fred said.
"Here what we need you to say" Hermione said giving Fred the paper.
"I'm older" George said.
"I'm sorry" Hermione said taking the paper and giving it George.
"So Weasley when called to the 'stand' don't be stupid" Severus said.

"Word is back and I hate it" Hermione said.
"I said it once you said it twice" Severus said.
"Doesn't make you better" Hermione said.
"Whatever" Severus said.

"What?" Ginny asked.
"I need to stop saying stupid but it describe him so much" Hermione said.
"Oh best joke" Severus said.
"Only one that can make you laugh" Hermione said smirking at him.
"Very smart" Severus said.
"Didn't learn that from you" Hermione said.
Fred coughed.
"So let's do this" Hermione said standing up and walking to the Floo.

"The powerful couple" Ron whispered to Harry.
"I know" Harry said laughing.
"So are your witnesses ready?" Fudge asked.
"Yes they are sir" Hermione said.
"And can Miss Ginevra Weasley come up please" Fudge said.
"Crap I wanted George first" Hermione whispered.

"So Miss Weasley, did you see Mr Snape make Miss Granger's wand disappeared?" Fudge asked.
"No sir I saw it disappeared but I didn't see who it was" Ginny said.
"Was you right there?" Fudge asked.
"I was sitting with Hermione" Ginny said.
"Was it just you three?" Fudge asked.
"Yes than no sir because we was in the great hall" Ginny said.
"I mean next to him or her" Fudge said.
"Oh yeah it was us three kids was heading in the great hall for lunch" Ginny said.
"So you believe someone around you did this.?" Fudge asked.
"I believe so because while they was talking it disappeared" Ginny said.
"That is all Miss Weasley, Ronald Weasley to the stand please" Fudge said.

"Mr Weasley, you saw Mr Snape make her wand disappeared in the great hall?" Fudge said.
"Who else could of done it, Miss Granger is the brightest witch but I don't think she knows how" Ron said.

"Arse" Hermione whispered.
"Shh" Severus said.

"Mr Weasley so you are saying he did?" Fudge said.
"Yes sir I believe he did" Severus said.
"Why do you think so?" Fudge said.
"Because he is smart but people can slip sometimes" Ron said.
"So you think this was just a slipped?" Fudge said.
"They was in an argument, they looked mad and it could of slipped" Ron said.

"Shit" Hermione whispered.
"Is this true Miss Granger?" Fudge said.
"Yes sir Professor Snape and I had a thing going on" Hermione said.
"May you explain what it was?" Fudge asked.
"It was over who was teaching, I'm his teacher assistant" Hermione said.

"You two are getting along?" Fudge asked.
"Yes sir Professor and I are getting along pretty well" Hermione said.
"Mr Weasley would you say this is true?" Fudge asked.
"At times they argue but it is not big" Ron said.
"They just said they get along well" Fudge said
"People can lie sir" Ron said.
"Stupid idiot" Hermione whispered.
"Miss Granger so you two argue a lot?" Fudge asked.
"Noting too big it always about who is teaching"Hermione said.

"Mr Fred Weasley come up please" Fudge said.
"Good morning sir" Fred said.
"So you are with Miss Weasley that Mr Snape didn't make Miss Granger wand disappeared?" Fudge asked.
"Yes sir I believe he didn't do it" Fred said.
"Was you close when it happened?" Fudge asked.
"I was walking the great hall and I saw it but I didn't see Professor or Miss Granger do it" Fred said.
"Who do you believe who did it?" Fudge asked.
"I'm still trying to figure out who knows how" Fred said.
"That is all, Mr Draco Malfoy please" Fudge said.

"Mr Malfoy I see you are against your uncle?" Fudge asked.
"I'm here for a good cause" Draco said.
"Yeah be a pain in the arse" Fred whispered.

"Traitor" Severus whispered.
"Hey" Hermione said.
"He is going against his family" Severus said.
"Later please" Hermione said.
"Yeah whatever" Severus said.

"So you saw your uncle do it?" Fudge asked.
"Like Ronald said Miss Granger is bright but i don't think she bright enough for that" Draco said.
"Where was you during all of  this?" Fudge asked.
"I was with Mr Potter not far from them" Draco said.
"And why do you think your uncle is guilty" fudge asked.

"He smart and he know he shouldn't do that I guess miss granger is different because he wouldn't never let that happened" Draco said.

"And Mr George Weasley" Fudge asked
"Good morning" George said.
"So you think this was on purpose or accident?" Fudge asked.
"I think on accident, and I think it wasn't professor" George said.
"Are you trying to find who did it too?" Fudge asked.
"With my brother and Miss Granger yes" George said.

"Who do you believe it was?" Fudge asked.
"I have a list but the top on would have to me Malfoy" George said.
"What?" Draco said looking up at them.
"If professor like you said did I think it runs in the family" George said.
"Mr Malfoy can you do this?" Fudge asked.
"Merlin no" Draco said.
"You can't lie" Fudge said.
"I swear I can't do it" Draco said raising his hands.
"So Mr Weasley you think or know he does?" Fudge asked.
"I think he does if you believe professor can" George said.
"That is enough thank you" Fudge said.

"So we have talked and Severus Snape you are not guilty" Fudge said.
"Always" Hermione said.
"But we are wanting to watch you for about an week" Fudge said.
"In my classroom?" Severus asked.
"Yes I will send someone to take Miss Granger's spot" Fudge said.
"Sir that gives me a free period" Hermione said.
"I'm sorry Miss Granger it is the policy" Fudge said.

"We won" Hermione said.
"We won" Ginny said.
"Congrats" Draco said.
"Sorry mate" George said.
"Why are you defending him?" Draco said.
"Why are you against your uncle?" Hermione said.
"Real question is why after all this you are still around my uncle?" Draco said.
"We have a task" Severus said.
"Thanks for the support" Draco said walking away.

"Go after your boyfriend" Fred said to Harry.
"He is not my boyfriend" Harry said walking after him.

"2 galleons that they are dating" Hermione said.
"You are on" Fred said.
"I'm in" Severus said.
"Same" George said.
"Ronald?" Hermione said.
"He my best mate I'm not betting against him" Ron said.
"If you bet on me I think you can bet on him" Hermione said.
"Does Miss Granger cost less than Potter?" Severus said.
"I don't know we are betting the same" Hermione said.
"Who give in?" Ron said.
"You just did, I'm not stupid Ronald" Hermione said.
