Three Months Later

(first week of December, kids are at Hogsmeade)
"Very funny" Hermione said as they was walking close to each other, hands almost touching.
"It is not my fault" Severus said.
"You are such a lair" Hermione said.
"I swear it wasn't me" Severus said.
"I will hurt you" Hermione said as they walked in the store.
"I didn't let him." Severus said referring to a student asking if she would go out with him as joke because Severus made him.
"Oh yeah okay" Hermione said stopping seeing Molly and Arthur.
"What?" Severus said than he saw them walking towards them.

"Oh hi Severus" Molly said.
"Molly and Arthur" Severus said.
"How are you?" Molly asked looking at the group walk pass them.
"I'm doing good" Severus said looking at Ronald just watch them.
"How is the term so far?" Molly asked ignoring Hermione.

Hermione just tried walking away but Severus stopped her by grabbing her arm.
Molly looked at his hand as she grabbed his coat.
"It was good, with the help of Miss Granger" Severus said.
Hermione pushed his arm and walked out.

"What are you two doing?" Arthur asking witnessed the whole thing.
"Here to get more ingredients for the classroom" Severus said.
"No I mean together?" Arthur said.
"We are a team and noting more" Severus said.
"Is she doing fine?" Molly asked.

"Why didn't you ask?" Severus snapped.
"Because I can't talk to her" Molly said.
"She isn't family" Arthur said.
"She cried because she miss you two" Severus said.

"Not our problem was her choice to go against–" "She didn't have a choice. her problems is she is with me right?" Severus said.
"No we do like you Severus–" "What is the problem than? Do not lie to me" Severus said.

"It not you–" "No tell me right now!" Severus said
"Ronald thinks she like you more than him" Arthur said.
"I'm twice her senior! And she talks about him a lot which is annoying by the way" Severus said walking out.

"Don't cry" Severus said.
"I can't control my feelings!" Hermione said.
"Stop telling me that!" Severus said.
"Than stop telling me that!" Hermione said.
"Don't cry, they are stupid" Severus said sitting next to her.

"I have no parents now" Hermione said.
"You never had parents" Severus said.
"You know how to make me feel better" Hermione said.
"Look I don't know, just let them be if they want to come back in your life when they choose let them unless you change your mind" Severus said.
"It doesn't matter anyways" Hermione said walking back in the store.

"I said no" Severus said as she showed him lights.
"But I'm buying" Hermione said as the clan came up.
"Hey Hermione" Harry said.
"Imagine these right above the door" Hermione said holding the lights in the air.
"And the answer is no" Severus said as they both ignored them.
"Too late" Hermione said putting in the cart.
"Hermione?" Ron said trying to get her attention.
She just walked away.

"Hey" Ron said stopping the cart and Severus looked at him finally.
"What?" Severus said.
"What did you say to her" Fred asked.
"I said noting other than just let it be" Severus said.
"You made her change her mind" George said.
"Shut up, Hermione goes off what she says not his" Ginny said.
"See?" Severus said looking over at Hermione pick more lights out.

"What are you two doing?" Ron asked.
"We need ingredients for the upcoming potions and when we was done she had a stupid idea to decorate the classroom" Severus said pointing to the cart full of Christmas decorations.
"Look at these one" Hermione said showing him more.
"No" Severus said.
"Oh no" Hermione said putting in the cart and taking the cart.

"Hey" Harry said stopping the cart.
"Leave me alone" Hermione said.
"Look we are here to say sorry" Ron said.
"I would accept your apology but it your parents who should be sorry" Hermione said taking the cart and walking away.
"She said your" Harry said.
"He did something all right" Ron said.
"Stop blaming me for your parent's actions" Severus said walking after her.

"They just so stupid!" Hermione said.
"You keep saying it" Severus said.
"You said it first" Hermione said
"They are walking over" Severus said.
"You can't talk to them" Hermione said.

"Hermione look mom will say sorry" Ron said.
"Yeah she will" Ginny said.
"Just talk to us" George said making a puppy face.
"Come over for Christmas" Fred said.
"Bring your parents" Harry said.
"And we will be one big fam–" "Family? I never was family!" Hermione said turning around.
"What?" Ron said.
"You guys don't even know my birthday but Ginny" Hermione said.
"I'm sorry" Ginny said.
"I had a good birthday" Hermione said looking at Ginny.

"With who? you have no friends" Ron said.
"Ronald because you guys left that didn't mean you guys were my only friend" Hermione said.
"Who you celebrate your birthday with?" Harry asked.
"No one, that why it was good. I just went to class and did my work" Hermione said.
"We are sorry" Harry said.

"Too late, I want Christmas by myself" Hermione said.
"Why?" Harry said.
"Because I can" Hermione said.
"I thought it would with him" Fred said pointing to Severus who was carrying all the bags.
"I know right" George said.
"Me? I don't like Christmas" Severus said.

"He sucks and won't agree to put a Christmas tree up in his room" Hermione said.
"I said no so stop asking" Severus said.
"One day you will walk in with a tree" Hermione said to Ginny.
"And that will be never" Severus said.
"We got to go, picking a tree today" Hermione said walking away.
"She is kidding, we are not" Severus said.

"Miss Granger, we know Mr potter can't talk to you but we need more information on him" Dumbledore said.
"Oh no worry sir we wasn't talking I had kids that was his friend keep me informed on him" Hermione said.
"What did you get?" Minerva asked.

"He is still no sleeping, His work sucks, he is lacking in making friends because he either sleeping or doing work" Hermione said.

"Anything else?" Dumbledore asked.
"Haven't gotten anything new just one of those" Hermione said.
"Okay see you guys back at Hogwarts" Dumbledore said walking away.

"That was weird seeing him here" Hermione said.
"That was" Severus said watched them walking away.
"Ready to go back?" Hermione asked.
"If you are" Severus said.
"Yeah let's go please" Hermione said seeing the clan.

"Ugh guys" Ginny said as they disappeared.
"Just give it time she will come back" Draco said.
"Will she?" Ron said.
"She has to, because she is part of your guys family" Draco said.
"Lets hope" Harry said walking away.

"Okay I need a ladder" Hermione said walking in.
"No you don't" Severus said sitting down.
"Get me a ladder" Hermione said.
"No I won't" Severus said.
"Please or I will make you do it" Hermione said.
"I won't do it" Severus said.
"Than get me a ladder" Hermione said.
He got up and brought back a ladder.
"Thank you" Hermione said smiling big at him, he turned around and went to his desk.

"Miss Granger the room looks less dark" Dumbledore said.
"I love it, even if we don't celebrate Christmas in our family" Hermione said putting the tree up.
"I said no tree" Severus said.
"Oh no it is already up" Hermione said.

"Why don't you celebrate it?" Minerva asked.
"I don't know we just don't" Hermione said as Severus got up to help her.
"Well the room looks lovely nice job" Minerva said looking at Dumbledore.
"He helped with the ones up there, and the ones with windows" Hermione said.
"But the rest was her" Severus said.
"Just checking if you guys came back" Minerva said.
"Yea we are back, plans for Christmas?" Hermione asked.
"No not really. going home for Christmas?" Minerva asked.

"No parents are once again on a trip but my dad got a new job and he is now lawyer for different people around the world, that is what he been keeping a secret is he went to law school" Hermione said.

"Really?" Severus said.
"Yes so he is currently in China" Hermione said.
"Tell him I said good luck" Dumbledore said.

"Is that true?" Severus asked.
"Yes it is" Hermione said putting the lights up.
"Your mom still works?" Severus asked.
"Yes but for the poverty kids" Hermione said almost falling but Severus caught her.
