Christmas Day

"Look they won't give up" Hermione said walking in showing him a jumper that was red and it said "H" .

"Just talk to them" Severus said.
"Molly made you one too" Hermione said showing one that was green that had "S".
"Funny I'm not wearing it" Severus said.
"Rude" Hermione said still giving it to him.

"Happy Christmas" Severus said.
"Happy Christmas, they invited us to dinner" Hermione said.
"I'm not going we have work" Severus said.

"Which we are not doing. I said we are having dinner here" Hermione said making him stand.
"What are you doing?" Severus said.
"Going for a walk, It so beautiful out" Hermione said
"No– and we are going" Severus said as they walked out the door.

"I can walk by myself" Severus said pushing her hand.
"I'm sorry" Hermione said..
"Stupid girl didn't bring a coat" Severus said putting his coat on her.
"I'm stupid girl now" Hermione said holding the coat and looking up at the snow falling.

"We need to talk" Severus said.
"About what?" Hermione asked
"Your parents, when are you telling people?" Severus asked.
"Never, it is none of anyone business anyone" Hermione said.

"It has to come out sooner and later" Severus said.
"I can care less if people find out now, but I will tell people at the end of my 7th year" Hermione said.
"Why then?" Severus asked.
"I will be 17 almost 18" Hermione said.
"Promise?" Severus said.
"I promise you I will" Hermione said.
"Let's go inside it too cold" Severus said.

"Happy Christmas" Ginny said.
Hermione just looked at her.
"I love you" Harry said hugging her.
"Don't touch me" Hermione said.
"Hermione we are sorry" Fred said.
"Talk to us please?" George said.
"Don't you have a family dinner?" Hermione said walking away.
"Which we can't start it without you" Harry said as Draco got her and Severus and disappeared.

"What are you guys doing!" Hermione said as they landed in the burrow.
"Great" Severus said.
"Why you dragged him?" Hermione said fixing his coat.
"Because I know you wouldn't leave him" Harry said.
"I would of but if I knew I was coming here I wouldn't" Hermione said looking at Molly and Arthur.

"I'm leaving" Severus said.
"I'm going too" Hermione said as she walked out.
"Hermione dear look we are sorry" Molly said.
"I accept your apology but I want go because I hate Christmas" Hermione said.

"That was so stupid" Hermione said.
"Yes I didn't think they would take me" Severus said.
"I don't care I want to sleep" Hermione said.
"It is 9:00 in the morning" Severus said.
"What do you want to do than?" Hermione said.
"I don't know" Severus said.
"Today is going to be long" Hermione said.

"Who's coat she was wearing?" Molly asked.
"He didn't have a coat" Harry said.
"What were they doing when you got them?" Arthur asked.
"They went on a walk, she dragged him out and he gave her his coat" Draco said.
"Did they look happy?" Arthur asked.

"She did, she love snow" Draco said.
"How do you know?" Molly asked.
"Because before we couldn't talk to her she said she couldn't wait for snow" Draco said.
"I feel bad" Molly said.
"Wait for New Years I will talk to her" Draco said.

Couple Hours Later (7:30pm)

"How are you feeling" Severus asked looking at her throw another quill across the desk she was sitting at.

"I'm feeling fine" Hermione said irritated while working on her paper.
"You broke three quill" Severus said.
"Leave me alone" Hermione said.
"Hey don't be like that" Severus said.
"I'm working leave me alone, do your work" Hermione said.
"Look it is okay" Severus said taking the quill from her.

"Hey look I'm fine I really am, I'm just mad" Hermione said.
"So you took it out on three quills?" Severus said.
"Not my fault they are fragile" Hermione said.

"Stop, what is the real problem?" Severus said.
"I spending Christmas working, I remembered why I hate Christmas is because I always did it with my parents when I was baby" Hermione said.

"You are not a baby now, we can go do something" Severus said.
"No it doesn't matter" Hermione said grabbing the quill.
"Let's go" Severus said grabbing her arm.
"Look I'm fine, I don't want to be the weak partner" Hermione said.
"You can be weak partner and look strong" Severus said.
"Look I'm fine! leave me alone"'Hermione said.
"No I won't" Severus said.
"Stop I'm sorry look I'm fine and I will be. Just left go of my arm and let's get back to work" Hermione said.

"Sit down" Severus said sitting my down and looked at the staff watch them.
"Happy Christmas Miss Granger" Dumbledore said.
"Happy Christmas guys" Hermione said smiling.
"Sit down" Severus said pulling her arm down to make her sit.
"How is your Christmas so far?" Minerva asked.
"It good so far, saw the Weasleys" Hermione said.
"How was that–" "We are not talking about that" Severus said looking at Minerva.
"Oh" Minerva said.

Hermione just pushed the food on her plate around
"Eat" Severus said.
"I'm not hungry" Hermione said.
"Just eat" Severus said.
Hermione took one bite.
"We are leaving, thank you for having us" Severus said.

"Look I'm sorry" Severus said.
"For what?" Hermione asked.
"Your bad childhood but I don't want a weak partner" Severus said.
"Thank you" Hermione said hugging him.
"Oh we are hugging" Severus said holding his arms up.
"I want to thank you again" Hermione said.
"For what?" Severus said.
"For the past 5 months with me" Hermione said.
"Okay that is enough" Severus said pushing her.
"I'm sorry" Hermione said wiping her face.

"I really hate seeing you cry" Severus said.
"I'm weak" Hermione said.
"You should not be weak" Severus said.
"I'm trying not to" Hermione said.
"Go to sleep" Severus said.
"Good night" Hermione said.
"Goodnight be ready for fun day" Severus said
"What do you have in store?" Hermione asked.
"That I can't say, wait till tomorrow" Severus said.

The Next Day

"Ready?" Severus asked as she put her coat on.
"Yes can I know now?" Hermione said.
"Nope" Severus said.
"What are we doing?" Hermione asked.
"I think muggle call it a date? but I'm not saying that" Severus said.
"Severus set a date up?" Hermione said.
"We can just stay if you like?" Severus said.
"I know you won't let us" Hermione said.
"Dinner is at 7:30pm, we have all day to ourselves" Severus said.
"Same place?" Hermione said.

"Happy Christmas" Hermione said.
"I wouldn't have asked for a different partner" Severus said.
"What is going to happen next?" Hermione asked.
"Life, we could live a better life when this is over" Severus said.
"Only if you promise" Hermione said.
"Anything for you" Severus said.
"I love you" Hermione said.
Severus just hugged her and looked off to the view.
