Chapter Ten

Hindi na ako pumasok kahapon. After nang makita ko yung lalakeng yun, hindi na ako nakapagisip ng maayos. So I decided to go home. And until today, I was still thinking about that guy. Hoping that he was the silver grey haired guy I met before. Bumaba na ako ng kwarto para makapag breakfast. I was in my way to the dining room nang may maliliit na kamay na yumakap sa binti ko.

"Good morning ate Ave.... Hindi ka po ba papasok ngaun? I was so bored, can we play?" (*puppy dog eyes) Lily

"I'm sorry baby sis but I can't. I have to go to school eh. Hindi kasi pumasok si ate kahapon so I need to catch up with the lessons." Ave

"Are you making an excuse again ate?(*pout) You don't need catching up since you already know the lessons right? You can even teach it to your classmates without the help your teacher right?" Lily

(*chuckle)" Yes lil sis, I know the lessons very well like it were in the back of my hands but I still need to go to school so I could graduate. Attendance is one of the requirements so ate could graduate okay?" Ave

(*pout)" Pero ate...." Lily

"Don't worry little sis, I promise after school we're gonna play and I'll buy you your favorite cupcakes okay?"

(*grinning) "Really ate? Promise?" Lily

"Yes little sis, I promise. Let's eat breakfast na." Ave

"Okay, I love you." Lily

"Love you too little sis." Ave

After ng breakfast, umalis na ako. For sure kasi mangungulit ulit ang little sis ko. I must admit she is my weakness. She break my walls whenever she's around. Sya ang nagpapaalala sakin na I was once a good, sweet, and loving daughter and ate to her. I can never be the Ice Queen in front of her, lalo't ako lang halos ang lagi nyang kasama aside from her nanny and the rest of our maids and butlers ditto sa bahay. Mom and dad were very busy with our businesses. Mom and dad have their own businesses and as the years pass, lumalago din ang businesses nila same with expansions and business partnerships. Kaya madalas wala sila sa bahay. Just like now, wala nanaman sila pareho kasi they have important meetings sa US mga bagong investors daw kaya ayun, nagiisa nanaman ang little sis ko.. She was very smart for her young age. At the age of three magaling na sya masalita at magsulat. She had a private tuitor nang nasa states pa kami. Hindi na naka move on si dad sa nangyari sakin kaya ayun, pati little sis ko home schooled na din. Buti na lang I convince him na pag angdito na kami sa Pilipinas magaaral na sya sa totoong school I just hope she won't get bullied like me. At dahil nga nagbago na si dad at nagging 'extra protective', he decided to hire two bodyguards once she started to go to school. Now I'm in the parking lot of our school, at kagaya ng mga nakaraang lingo, I was welcome by my so called 'minions'. All of them belong to the 'popular class' at kagaya ko, cold-hearted at mga bully din. They never done this before but because of my 'family's name and connections', nagsimula silang tingalain ako bilang 'Queen' nila. At first I really don't like it but as the days goes by, I realize na ito ang gusto kong mangyari noon pa simula nang magbago ako. I want to be praised and to be feared by everyone. And just like what my minions said everytime I pass, you don't mess with the queen.

"Yo, dude, yun ba yung sinasabi nilang Ice Queen?" Akiro

"Yeah, sya si Hermione Aveline Sumner also known as the Ice Queen." Tristan

"Bat siya tinatawag na ice queen?" Terence.

"Just observe what will happen." Tristan

(Everyone parted like the sea, walang nagtatangkang tumingin man lang sa dinadaan nya or else mapagtri-tripan ka ng mga tagasunod nya. At syempre hindi nawawala ang signature iced glare nya.)

"Wooh.... Ganun ba talaga yun makatingin? Sobrang cold ng expression nya. Parang robort, emotionless. Weeew." Akiro

"I told you bro, she was totally different. Mas malala pa yan sakin." Tristan

"Admit it bro, she's just like you. Ruthless and scary." Terence

"That was before okay, I'm not like that anymore." Tristan

"Yeah dude, simula nung iligtas mo yung si "fat blind nerd" in the middle of our gand fight." Akiro

"Oo nga, bat ba kasi andun yun. Haaay, buti na lang hindi ka napuruhan nung pagkakapalo sayo sa likod. Kundi, you're cold as dead dude." Terence

"Dumating naman kayo agad diba? So hindi na ako dehado nun." Tristan

"Pero seryoso pare, why did you decided that our gang should take a leave? We're almost ruling the whole place. Isang panalo na lang against Corvus Corax and that's it." Akiro

"Ayoko na nang may madamay pang ibang tao sa laban natin against Bishop. Besides, this fight was just only between the four of us. Nadamay lang ang mga gang members natin. This fight was not just about territory it was personal." Tristan

"We know that bro, pero since they were out gang members same with him, hindi nila hahayaan na tayo lang ang maglaban laban. It's one of our main rule, always protect your leaders at all cost." Terence

"Yeah, and as I'm the main leader, I also have to protect you all. (*sighed...) Let's go, baka malate pa tayo sa mga class natin see you both before lunch." Tristan

"Good luck kay Ice Queen." (*chuckle) Akiro

"Aray!" Akiro

"Tsss...." Tristan

Ayan, nakita na din nina Terence and Akiro si Ave. And na meet nyo naman ang sister ni Ave na si Lily. 

Wow, may tagasunod(minions) na din si Ave. Lagot....
