Gone.

(Apologies for the short chapter, not too much I could write for this one)

[ Karamatsu's POV ]

They were gone the entire day, leaving us all alone to worry about what would come between Osomatsu and Choromatsu. Todomatsu wasn't speaking to any of us the entire day and did his own thing. I talked with Ichi and Jyushi throughout the day. We conversed about Osomatsu and things that could possibly happen. At one point Ichi brought up the possible theory of Osomatsu also leaving us. It was a thought we all soon dismissed as not happening. Around dinner time I decided to make a meal for the four of us and handed fresh sushi around to everyone. Jyushimatsu complimented my cooking which made me smile.

"You're seeming like the actual older brother right now, Kara." Todomatsu uttered.

"Well I mean I'm the oldest out of everyone here, so I'll do whatever I can for my four younger brothers hmf!" I said and struck a fabulous pose. They all turned away immediately, continuing to munch on their meals.

Before long it was late and we all decided to sleep on it, hoping we'd get answers tomorrow. We laid out the futon, two empty spots. It seemed so empty without all of us. I buried my head in a pillow and fell to sleep soundly. I could only think about my older brother. He was the only thing on my mind. I was so worried for him. I wanted to see him again.

It was that morning. That morning when everything changed. Mom and Dad woke us all up, they had safely arrived home and we were all happy to see them again. They told us about Choromatsu and how nice the apartment was. We all nodded without saying a word. The room was filled with silence until I spoke up.

"How's Osomatsu?"

They both shut up. Tears then welled up in their eyes.

"He. He um.." Dad started.

"Is everything..okay..?" Todomatsu asked as his voice cracked.

"He got in some kind of argument with Choromatsu. We didn't really hear what happened but. Osomatsu ran out of the apartment and ran somewhere." Mom said as she started to cry.

"WHERE DID HE GO?!" Jyushimatsu screamed.

"We..we don't know. Choromatsu tried to keep up with him but he lost him. And all night we went out searching for him. But we couldn't find him. We have no idea where he's gone to and. And I. I don't know what to do.."

"Mom it'll be okay. We'll go and contact everyone to look for him. He couldn't have gone far. We'll find him I promise." I told her reassuringly. I turned to see my little brothers all welled up in tears.

"Guys it'll all be okay. We'll..we'll find him! C'mon we'll let everyone know around town! Chibita, Totoko, Dekapan, and everyone! They'll all look for him we're going to-"

"BUT WHAT IF HES DEAD?! WHAT IF HE WENT AND KILLED HIMSELF?!" Ichimatsu screamed at me.

We all froze.

"Ichimatsu..he wouldn't..he wouldn't just leave us all behind.." I said while shaking.

"But. What if he did..." Todomatsu added in.

"Nii..San.." Jyushimatsu sniffled.

"No. No he wouldn't. And there's no way we to know that yet. We just. We have to find him first..." I stated.

"I..I agree with Karamatsu.." Jyushimatsu said and fell into my arms.

"So..lets go then. All of us. We need to find Osomatsu." Todomatsu stood up.

A few months past.

No one could find him.

He was gone.

And ever since that day.

Everything has changed.
