Is it wrong? - An OsoChoro Fanfic

( This is going to be a short and weird chapter but I wrote it to help set up the rest of the story, and for time progression. Apologies, I won't take as long to update next time I promise! )

Day 1:

It was the start of the search. Karamatsu passed the news of his missing older brother around, getting many people together in hunting him down. Iyami, Dekapan, Chibita, anyone they knew or anyone that would be willing to help joined in. Todomatsu contacted Choromatsu in asking him to come down to help as well. But he wouldn't answer. As the day went on more panic arose within the Matsuno family as there was no traces and no signs of him anywhere. The sun then set. The brothers went home, exhausted and decided to start searching again the next day...

Day 7:

The brothers had gathered a larger group of people in the search at this point. They were still unable to get a hold of Choromatsu. Everyone started to put up signs all around the area to alert more people of Osomatsu's disappearance.

Day 18 :

Still no luck. Karamatsu was still acting as the leader, but the group of people had began to disperse. Only the brothers friends were left with still wanting to help them. Todomatsu gave up trying to contact Choromatsu.

Day 24:

Ichimatsu gave up and started staying at home everyday. Jyushimatsu stayed home with him, giving up as well.

Day 36:

Only Todomatsu and Karamatsu continued to go out and search for their eldest brother everyday.

Day 58:

Everyone had given up.
Still no word from Choromatsu.
Their parents left the house, deciding to go on a trip to continue looking.

No trace of Osomatsu.

"What are you doing.. Nii-san..?"
Jyushimatsu approached Ichimatsu who was sitting on the roof.

"Go away.."

"Nii-San.."

Ichimatsu sighed and hung his head. He opened his palm to show his younger brother the razor he had in his hand. Jyushimatsu then pulled down both his sleeves, seeing the horrid wounds and scars that ran all the way up his arms.

"I knew that you were doing this."
He sighed.

"..." Ichimatsu didn't say anything back.

The four brothers had changed, all in different ways.

Jyushimatsu was never Jyushimatsu. He didn't smile, play baseball, nothing. He wasn't himself. Just an empty hollow shell. Emotionless.

Ichimatsu hardly eats and continuously hurts himself in different ways. He no longer has friends, he never sees them anymore. His depression is the worst out of the four of them.

Karamatsu stopped being "painful". He wore appropriate attire, no longer trying to act cool. Secretly he started to smoke and began drinking more often.

Todomatsu started to try being like his eldest brother. He wanted to be the leader and take Osomatsu's place, being there for everyone as the oldest should. He even wore red occasionally.

Day 60:

I looked up at the sky, staring at the bright stars that shined down on me. In the midst of this I saw the moon. Shining brighter than ever. I laughed to myself slightly and ran my finger beneath my nose.

"It'll be better this way."
