The Final Battle Part II

Rage was all Percy felt once he reached Artemis's body. Seeing her face as pale as the moon hit Percy straight in the heart. This was his fault. And now he faces the consequences of it.

He cradled her body and picked her up determined to keep her alive. He spread his wings and flew to the infirmary.

He put his hands above the wound and focused on healing it.

It closed a little and stopped bleeding as much. He put gauze on the wound and forced some ambrosia and nectar down Artemis's throat.

"Apollo!" Percy yelled.

Apollo appeared with a very concerned and pissed off face.

"I did what I could. Please stay with her." Percy said and started towards the door.

"Where are you going?" Apollo asked.

"I have a plan." Percy merely replied.

"Don't get yourself killed, we just got you back. You can't die now. It'll ruin Artemis." Apollo warned

"If it wasn't for me she wouldn't be halfway dead!" Percy snapped and stormed off.

When he stepped outside he spread his wings and flew to the sky to find a good place to continue what he had in mind.

"You know if you do what I think your gonna do, your gonna die. You do know that right? Why did I even ask, of course you do' Mr. Grumpy said.

Percy ignored it and flew to the middle of the battle field.

He wrapped his wings around himself as he landed and concentrated all his energy and power into a ball.

He said a quick chant to protect the campers and gods from what he was about to do.

After that he imagined the ball of power growing until it was about as big as a basketball.

He sent a quick prayer to Poseidon saying he was sorry and he forgives him and to tell everyone else he was sorry and to tell Artemis he loved her and was sorry for everything.

After that he imagined the ball exploding and was met with nothing but black and a lot of pain.

(In the narrators voice from spingebob)
Three months later

Camp has finally gotten the damage, from the battle that happened, cleaned up.

Artemis made a full recovery.

Percy is stuck in acoma, once again.

The power from the explosion of the bomb of all his energy should have disinegrated him, but his body was still intact.

Artemis was on her way to do her daily check up on him, to see if his vitals changed.

She reached the cabin he was staying in and walked inside.

She gasped as she took in the scene before her.

"Hi Arty. Did you miss me?"

Aaaaand the book is finally over. Hope you enjoy the cliffhanger, although its pretty easy to figure out what happened.
