"And, 0 for 52," Jack announced as he threw the last card and have Lula miserably fail at catching it.

They were still at the magic shop where Danny was arranging something with the Eye while Merritt had a drink with his evil twin Chase. Bored out of their minds, Jack had decided to play a little game.

"Well, it's perfect. The perfect score," Lula countered back as they both kneeled down to collect the cards and put them in their normal stack.

"Y'know what, what about girls? Like relationships?" Lula suddenly piped up. Jack groaned at that question and she immediately defended herself by saying, "What?"

Jack glanced at Lula for a brief moment and finally piped up, "Look, it's not something I'm proud of, but... every girl I get close to, I end up taking their trust." There was a small pause. "And then their wallets."

"Oh wow," Lula breathed out. "You take their wallets?" she asked back, Jack's eyes still trained on the diamonds and spades on the ground, not daring to look Lula in the eye, ashamed of his confession. And she said those words, a small thump was heard. Jack looked to see his own wallet on the ground. He now had a look of amusement and surprise on his face.

"You ever take their belts?"

Another thump was heard and this time, it was his leather wallet that was now next to his wallet. Again, he pursed his mouth in embarrasment. Jack had noticed her hands never even left the ground. How even...

"Or maybe the peanuts from the hotel bar? Not sure why you took those," Lula again surprised him by dropping the peanuts one by one in front of his eyes.

How on earth did she do that?

As she shrugged off the crumbs from her leather gloves, she feigned surprise.

"Oh, I'm sorry. Did you think that I was like those other girls?" Lula gave a teasing grin at him as her hand rested on his shoulder for a moment.

Oh Jack..." She finished as she stood up and slowly walked away. Her walk was a mixture of seductive and slow movements, so different from her fast chatter and actions. Jack was still in utter amazement as he finally finished gathering the cards and placing them back in the box and into his jacket pocket.

Just then, Danny strode over, as he finally finished talking. He described how he was meeting "a man in a blue hat" down at the marketplace after they retrieved the stick. "Please go get Merritt, we have a lot to do."

"Oh, and, hey, put your belt back on."

Jack suddenly made a surprise face. "Oh no—it's not—I didn't—She—" he stuttered as he tried explain himself but Danny had already walked away, his face saying, "Whatever you say."
