The next morning, Quill and Varra left the internet cafe as the four looked on.
"She told you?" Ben asked Christian.
"Yes," Christian replied, "and we shouldn't worry about them too much. They are magical half sisters, after all." He headed towards the chained locks of the glass doors and unlocked them while the rest turned on the lights, fans, and computers.
It was 9.00 AM, opening time. It was time for them to wait.
...
At their first hour, Ben noticed that both Damien and Dardanelle were very exhausted, sweat profusely, and had frizzy hair. They were tending to the customers at the cashier that time and he was talking to Christian in the other corner while trying to fix a broken computer at the same time. Ben excused himself first, and then went over to the two.
"Damien, Dardanelle," he asked, " You two seem tired. Did you have a rough night?"
"No," Dardanelle replied, "Damien gave me the time, and it was euphoric."
Benedict sighed, and then whispered to them, " Let this be a secret among us, but please don't try it again."
"Okay," the two whispered. Damien turned on the radio as it announced, "And now, a track called Silver Coastline by DJ Moon." After that announcement, soothing tropical house music came out of the speakers and reverberated throughout the whole room. There were only eleven people in the room aside from the four, yet they were also entranced with the music. The fifteen felt relaxed like they were on floating sofas over the ocean, and even the most stressed of them, Christian, felt his worries go away quickly as he fully gave in to the music.
Once the track was done, someone among the eleven told Chris, "Hey DJ! Better watch out for DJ Moon. You have some competition with this DJ in tropical house."
"I will watch my back," Christian replied, "I don't know this DJ personally."
Suddenly, the manhole cover right in front of the store flew up into the air, and seawater spouted out of the hole upwards.
"The Japanese government better fix that leak," Dardanelle remarked.
Suddenly, the waterspout disappeared, and a few seconds later, the manhole cover fell to the ground, covering the hole with a clunk.
"Well, I'm fine with it," Dardanelle then said as two things fell down from the air.
"Nope!" Dardanelle replied, "Damien, I'm abstaining!"
"Okay," the men replied.
....
The things that fell out of the sky were jellyfish merfolk, a mermaid and a merman both 23 years old. The merman had golden skin, golden tentacles, golden features, golden hair, and golden irises while the mermaid had silvery yellow skin, lemon irises and hair, silver tentacles and silver features. They wore shirts which matched their skin and "swam" through the air towards the store.
...
"I've never seen them before," Christian remarked, "Who are they?"
"Beats us," Damien replied, "but nevertheless, either they're looking for jobs or they're just customers."
The two jelly-mers entered the doors of the computer shop and did nothing but present their resumes.
"They've chosen the second option," Christian said to his friends, and then he said to the two, "Hello, who are you?"
"I'm Cadissy and this is Marinna of the Cierennians," the male jellymer replied, "but we are better known as DJs Sun and Moon."
Everyone gasped.
"Oh," Christian replied, "Why are you here then?"
"Landlord kicked us out," Marinna replied, "Figured the money we earned on our tours wasn't enough to pay the rent. By the way, are you a famous DJ?" She extended a tentacle to shake, but no one dared to reach it.
"Don't worry," she reassured, winking at them, "I'm not---." She stopped midsentence as she looked at Dardanelle.
"OMG!" Marinna suddenly exclaimed, "Are you Daria Danielle?!"
"Yes?" she replied, pushing out some eggs involuntarily from her abdomen onto the floor.
Marinna then screamed in delight, "swam" towards Dardanelle, and wrapped her tentacles around Dardanelle's rear and her arms around her shoulders. The young Type OV psychologist screamed in disgust, irritation, and pain as painful red rashes broke out on the area where her tentacles wrapped around her.
Meanwhile, DJ Sun approached Damien and asked, "Your girl?"
"Yes," he replied as both men watched the scene. Dardanelle was trying her best to get DJ Moon off her while Christian and Benedict ran to get gloves.
"Is she always like this?" Damien asked.
"Marinna's a huge fan of her works," Cadissy replied, "and so am I. In fact, we created an album dedicated to her. However. I am not as overexcited as her."
There was a thud in the background.
"We're also fans of your music," Damien replied.
"Thank you," Cadissy replied, "It was Vyrhihyannah and Mozart who featured us on their radio show two years ago, and then Christian did last year, though he didn't know us by face."
"Yes!" Christian exclaimed, pulling the tentacles off Dardanelle's termite-queenlike butt and swatting them off her six legs and two butterfly wings. "Now I remember, the other tropical house duo!" he continued, "We should collaborate with Vyrh and Mozart because we prefer awesome melodic house and tropical house to everything else."
"Will do, soon!" Cadissy exclaimed.
"Remind me!" Christian replied.
"Oh please," Dardanelle replied, "Could you at least get oooohhhhhh."
Her screams turned into moans as the jellymer's tentacles went towards her rear end and thrust into her "being", wriggling inside it and sending waves of pleasure along her body."It seems you got busy," Marinna said, "but all you ever do is lay eggs. Yous still don't have a child."
"I'm not yet married, you b---!" Dardanelle retorted, "Get off me, please before this story turns @&$%ing R-18!"
"Ouch," Cadissy replied, "Looks like tentacle pornography."
"I prefer the term 'spring art' ," Damien replied, "but I must interfere!"
Damien spread his black butterfly wings out and fluttered to the group.
