"Are we all prepped and ready?" Christian asked the next day. They were all wearing semi-formal outfits for the wedding.

"Yes sir!" the jellymers answered, locking up the shop and putting the sign to closed.

"Damien, are you ready?" Christian asked.

The young butterfly Entomonian sighed and gave a nod. "I just hope she's safe and alive!"

"She will be, we promise from head to toe," Benedict replied.

"Alright!" Cadissy said, "We're going to teleport as one, so hold hands."

Everyone did as they were told and held hands with him.

"Now, on the count of three, shout 'Church of Entomon', " Marinna added, "One! Two! Three!"

"Church of Entomon!" They all shouted, and in a flash of light, they disappeared.

...

Meanwhile, in the Napyarda Mansion, Jessicca, Ian and Denise were preparing for the wedding, dressing semi-formally as well (because they all are in no strong relation to the bride and groom.

"Do we have the will?" Denise asked.

"Here!" Jessicca replied, holding the parchment paper. Ian gave her a cylindrical case, and she rolled it up carefully, putting it inside with utmost care as to not rip the document apart. "The wedding's at Entomon," she continued," How are we going to get there?"

"Our phones were equipped with a teleportation device that takes us to the other world and back," Ian replied, "Rather nifty, the tech is."

"Then let's go!" Denise exclaimed and put the coords of the church on her cellphone. She pressed "Teleport" on the phone and held everyone's hands. Then, they disappeared from the mansion in a blink of light.

...

Nosci, Seiryu, Quilleanna, Quvarranna, Jannassis and Mauvorin were climbing in the van.

"Can we make it?" Quill asked.

"I think we will," Seiryu replied, "The church is a good ten blocks from here."

"Ten blocks?!" Quilleanna asked, "In the Mandala, it's just five! Unfortunately, it passes through two short yet congested roads."

"Ten blocks because we will take the trafficless route," Nosci replied starting the car, "By the way, Quill, did you tell them that you are now president of Mandala?"

"You are the current president of Mandala, half-sis?" Quvarranna exclaimed, "Congratulations!"

"It was a unanimous decision!" Quilleanna replied, stretching her legs, "Unusually, nobody ran against me."

"You must be really lucky!" Varra replied, "Anyway, I passed on my responsibilities as Queen Priestess to Dandelion. In fact, she is one of the three handlers of the ceremony."

"And who are the other two?" Mauvorin asked.

"Vyrh and Mo," Jannassis replied, "Is your sister and Robert going, Nosci?"

"They're getting married somewhere in Mandala," Nosci replied, "Perhaps, they're feeling like a million bucks over there, but we digress. Let's go now while it's still early and the roads are still decongested."

While defying several laws and baffling real world scientists as to why six centauroid species, three of them being different insect-termite queen hybrids, were able to fit in a Nissan van, they zoomed off to the church.

...

Inside the hotel, several bridesmaids were helping Dardanelle look beautiful in white. She was naturally very pretty on the outside, and needed rather little to no makeup to shine, yet on the inside, she was really sad.

She was wearing a wedding garment for centauroid brides: a white silk blouse with two lines of fabric trailing behind.

"You think the church can replace the red carpet after I stain it with blue blood?" she asked, "I'm nervous about this."

"Relax," the elfin bridesmaid answered, massaging her insect half, "they will understand."

Suddenly, Demetrius came in, wearing his black tux with a white rose pinned to it.

"How are you, my soon-to-be wife?" he asked.

Dardanelle tried to smile as she replied, "Never better!"

"Let's not look awkward at the altar, eh?" Demetrius replied, stifling a nervous laugh.

"As if," Dardanelle replied, laughing nervously as well, "You look quite nervous, why?"

"Me? Nervous?" Demetrius replied, "I'm fine."

"I'm a psychologist, Demetrius," Dardanelle replied, fluttering towards him, "You can tell me what's wrong."

"Nothing is wrong," Demetrius replied, "Just relax, and look good at the altar."

"But---" Dardanelle protested before Demetrius put a finger to her lips.

"Say no more," Demetrius replied, and headed for the door, "See you later!"

"Okay," Dardanelle replied, and faced the mirror as he shut the door behind her.

...

At the same time, Frankie and Dannovan (Damien's parents), Dionysus (Demetrius's dad, not the god), and Deliphysse (Dardanelle's mother) were having their own say on the wedding at the altar.

"It's a good thing you're doing it for your businesses," Dannovan said, "Sadly we had to give up the 'perfect chemistry' of Damien and Dardanelle."

"But it is for the greater good, " Dionysus replied.

"I just hope my daughter would get over Damien's 'betrayal' for this," Deliphysse replied, "Even Demetrius doesn't like it."

"Yeah," Frankie replied, "but it is for the greater good. The long term good is better."

"I agree," Dannovan replied, "Let's get to our places in the pews of the church."

...

To cap it all off, we now look at Ixie, who is now talking to a mysterious guy via phone in her hotel room.

"Hello? Are you in position?" she said.

"Yes," he replied, "I'm right on the second floor at the left side of the altar."

"Good," she replied, "Now pay attention. Right before Dardanelle says 'I do', let the bullet fly. You know who she is, right?"

"The cyan haired girl you sent me?" the guy replied, "Yep. She was a game model."

"Good thing you know some bit about her," Ixie replied, "Now get into position."

"Aye, ma'am," he replied as he hung up. Then, he attached the silencer to his gun.
