Part 1: Beginnings

*please note that this fanfic was written at the beginning of 2011,  before The Wanted's song 'I found you' was released, this is the original name of the fanfic. ALSO please note that up to part 10 was written as one part, but with sub headings part 2, part 3 ect. I was new to wattpad and I didn't realise you had to add parts, I was just editting the original, so the reading count is quite low as Part 1 has the most as this was the whole story so far. I found you- Part 1- Beginnings

Daisy's POV

It was December 2007 when I first met him. Mum had sent me to go look at some Christmas trees, pick one I like to go in the Living Room. I was reluctant to go at first, I had already had plans of my own but you know how persuasive mums can be; especially round Christmas. I felt bad saying no anyway. Mum was pretty stressed from her and dad's divorce- Anyway she had done so much for me in the past.

It turned out that going, was one of the best decisions of my life.

Nottingham looked stunning covered in white. Strangely the snow was barely touched; all I could see were next door's cat's paw prints pressed into the snow. It was proper chilly out but my dark green coat with a fluffy hood shielded me from the cold winter breeze. I also was wearing my snowflake printed mittens, and a little beanie. The Christmas Tree Centre wasn't too far; just a few roads away. Before I knew it I was at the entrance. An aged man was seeing to some customers. They had already picked their tree and were getting it netted up. The aged man looked up. "Hello there!" He smiled What can I do you for?" "Hi um, I just need a tree for my mum-" "You've come to the right place!" "JAY! JAY!" he shouted. And on that call, a tall, curly-haired gorgeous lad emerged from the trees. He walked towards me and looked up sharply- So sharp it pieced through my heart, causing me to skip a heartbeat. He kept eye contact with me as the aged man asked him to take me to see some Christmas Trees. He smiled and tilted his head towards the trees. I walked along with him. At first there was a little awkward silence, but he broke it. "Im Jay" he smiled. "Daisy" I replied smiling. "So, um, daisy what sort of tree are you looking for?" "Um, I haven't really given it much thought. Er tall?" "Nice" he smiled "If you see one you like, just shout" I nodded and we started talking about christmas, and what we were doing and some how we got onto the subject of music. We like the same sort of stuff, it's like I had known him my whole life; when I had only just met him. "That one!" I shouted. "What?" Jay said confused "Ohh the tree!" we walked over. "There's a robin in it" Jay said pulling me round the tree. "ooh yeah!" I grinned. I looked up at him. He was taller than me, he looked about a year older. Around 17? Our eyes were interlocked.

I couldn't look away, we were just looking into each others eyes. He pushed a bit of my hair behind my ear and he leant forward. He pushed his lips against mine and we kissed..It was gentle but I felt like I could feel all his emotions, it was weird, but in a good way.
