Sam smiled and put his phone on charge, then he got up and stretched.

He walked out the room to hear a crash and thump followed by Cas screaming in pain come from the bathroom.

Sam ran to the bathroom and burst through the door. He looked down at his boyfriend on the floor, naked, and crying in pain. "Cas!" He helped Cas into a sitting position.

Cas was sniffling at the pain in his broken leg as Sam helped him. He leaned his head against the wall and closed his eyes, tears still falling.

He felt a soft towel wrap around him and barely opened his eyes.

"Cas, I'm gonna pick you up, OK?" Sam softly told him and once he got the nod from Cas, he picked him up and carried him out the bathroom.

Cas let out a shaky sigh as Sam placed him on the bed.

"Cas, what happened?"

"I was getting out the tub and slipped..."

Sam shook his head lightly and kissed him. "Wanna take a pain pill and get dressed?"

Cas nodded and Sam hurried out to get Cas water and medicine. When he came back, Cas had dried himself and had the towel covering his lap.

Sam handed him the pill and water. Cas popped it into his mouth before downing the water. He placed the glass aside and with the help of Sam, got dressed.

He laid down on his bed and Sam laid next to him. "Where are Dean and Gabe?" Cas asked as he cuddled up to the taller man the best he could.

"I think they said something about going out."

Cas hummed lightly and fell asleep.

~Meanwhile~

"Whill all of our dates end like this?" Gabe asked from under the Winchester.

They were currently in the back of Dean's car, clad in their underwear.

"You don't like it?" Dean asked before attaching himself to Gabe's neck, leaving little love bites.

Gabe whimpered lightly. "Oh I do. I really do."

Dean pulled away and flashed him a smile. "Good." He pressed their lips together, signaling it was time for their fun to start.
