Genderbent! Toko x Reader

"Toko! Why are you not listening again?!"

You sighed as Toko paid no attention to you and apparently, the teacher too.

"Psst! Toko! Earth to Toko! If you don't listen, I'll go get the book that you made that you refuse to let me read!"

Toko turned his head toward you. Apparently, what you said caught his attention.

"Ughhh (Y/N) how many times do I have to tell you that it's off limits! You know that everything that I write then you read becomes true. It's a really bad story, trust me. I don't have the heart to throw it though. Please, just don't" Toko said, frustrated

"Then pleaseeeee stop staring at Togami. She's such a b*tch, she even says you smell!" You shot back

"But she's beautiful!!! And please, she's filthy rich! And smart! And-"
"And I'm not?" You asked jokingly, pouting

"Ha-ha (Y/N). You know what, you listen and don't read a book in class, and I'll write you a really good book. About how perfect you are." Toko said mockingly

You sighed. As the SHSL Reader, you easily got bored when you were reading nothing. Today, Toko dared you to not read anything in class. And because of that, it was the first time you took notice of your bestfriend's stares at Togami. You hated it, because you had a secret crush on Toko. Screw that dare, you thought. You reached in your bag to grab Divergent, one of your all time favorites. You felt the book and cautiously pulled it out of your bag while carefully glancing at Toko. You couldn't stand to watch your unbelievably-handsome-bestfriend-who-you-secretly-have-a-crush-on stare at his crush.

He didn't notice because he kept staring at Togami and you proceeded to find the page you were on.

You sighed. Though you and Toko were bestfriends, you always felt this jealousy towards Togami, which only increased now. You wanted to be that supportive bestfriend who encourages their bestfriend to go grow some balls and ask their crush out or something, or even that bestfriend who sets their bestfriend and their crush up on a date that neither knew.

But you would always be the forever hoping bestfriend. Even if you had a crush on him, Toko made it clear that he wanted to maintain a platonic friendship with you.

So you didn't mention it to anyone. Yep, bad idea. One day, you're gonna burst from bottling up all these feelings in your head and you'll die.

No haha but seriously, it's a good idea to tell someone, but you didn't. After all, your friends were Toko's friends and the others, you weren't that close to. So, you had a major problem.

But you didn't mind. So you continued to read. After some time, you were so into the book and your thougts that you didn't realize that Toko already caught you reading.

"Tsk tsk tsk, (Y/N). Remember? The dare?" Said a smirking Toko

"Oh no" was all you could say. You see, every dare has a consequence, and yours was that you had to tell Toko your crush.

"Pleaseeeeeee Toko no please no it's not fair omg I should also be able to give you a dareeee" you begged

He only smirked and went back to ogling at Togami.

And that was bad. Toko had something bad in store for you if he gave you that look. And you were whispering screw this screw this under your breath.

And it's so freaking unfair since Toko somehow knew when you were lying. But it was worth a try.

So Physics class was about to end and for the first time, you prayed that it would never end. Physics forever? You didn't care, as long as you didn't have to face Toko's torturingly handsome smirk at you as he forced you to tell you your crush. The question was: why did he care?
