Celeste's POV

It was getting later but I couldn't devise a better plan. How can I get out of here, with (Y/N)?

There is only one way.

So when I had originally made the plan to meet with (Y/N), I only wanted to be friends.

To be genuine.

But alas, (Y/N) would never really know me.

Come on (Y/N)! You promised Celeste that you would meet with her.

I put my face in my hands. Was I ready for this? No, Celeste can do anything. Yasuhiro was a quiet girl who was a coward.

A coward.

I took a deep breath as I saw (Y/N) come towards me. (He/she) gave me a nervous smile, and I gave (him/her) the sweetest smile I could give anyone in the world.

Hey Celeste, she started. I bet that right now, she is experiencing butterflies in her stomach. If that is so, then I feel the same too.

I smiled again, and talked about Togami. He was attractive, yes, but not as attractive as (Y/N). He was perfect for my lie.

So about Togami. I really need him to notice me. To like me. That much money is enough to buy me a castle!

A look of disappointment flitted across (Y/N)'s features. She appeared to be questioning her self, muttering frustratedly. I feel disgusted to say this, but I took advantage of (Y/N)'s vulnerability.

She looked up to me. By now, I was happy, grinning like a maniac.

Did you want it to be you instead? I can keep you here with me, Safe and Sound

I leaned over to her, not giving her an opportunity to reply. I could smell the sweet scent that surrounded her. She was breathing rapidly. So was I. But I knew that she didn't notice.

Then our lips collided. Good thing she couldn't see the tears flowing from my eyes, and wouldn't be able to.

Because the knife I was holding met with her chest.

She looked up to me. She didn't look angry or shocked, only peaceful.

Safe and sound.

And that was how she died with a lie. She deserved the ugly truth. I gave her a beautiful lie.

I feel so bad for not posting this right away. I was DONE how could I-okay, i'll stop ranting. You'll have Noa_artist to thank. She mentioned her one-shots book and I was like: oh f*ck me I have one too and I haven't updated in ages xD.

So you've probably noticed that I've gotten into a lot of other fandoms un-anime related. Don't worry-I'm not leaving the DR fandom so soon. I love the people here, and I'm more acquainted to you sweet guys. Yoy leave the coolest comments, so keep it up yeah?
