Who is the new girl?

I heard her name is Lynn

She's hecka skinny!

Yeah, she's too thin

Where do you think she moved from?

Somewhere bizzare

Did she walk to school?

Her parents have a jacked up car

Does she have any friends yet?

I doubt she ever has

She seems very fragile

In this school she'll never last

My name is Lynn

I'm going to a new school

I hope the people like me

I can be such a fool

This morning I picked out the best clothes I own

We moved because my parents have been through a rough time

To get this run down house they had to get a big loan

I want to make them proud

Get the best grades I can

Hopefully that will relieve their stress

They might forget the aching pain in their hardworking hands

I try to be an example

To all my younger siblings

They can become very distraught by things happening around

I sing to cheer up things

But I can't make everyone happy

The first time I walk in the school my feelings are hurt

I spy two girls looking at me whispering

I flatten my wrinkled shirt

Maybe no one will like me after all

With the distraction of those girls, I suddenly fall

I stare at my books as people laugh

The bell rings

I ignore everyone walking to class

And think of the negative things

In my life

Suddenly I get up and leave

I'm tired of the toil and strife

I go to a special place

Ready to end my life
