We both stand there soaking wet from the rain.
I could tell we both wanted to kiss each other.
"Hey Quinn, do you wanna dance in the rain with me?" Jacob asked looking at his shoes.
I picked his head up so he was looking in my eyes.
"Of course." I say
Jacob grabbed me by my waist and pulled me against his body. I laid my head on his chest and I heard his heartbeat.
We moved to the rhythm of his heart beat as the rain hit against our skin.
I felt safe.
I felt the bond between us, it was a feeling I have never felt before...
