Rainy days|| j.s

thirteen,

    It's about 7:30 so I head down stairs. I turn on the tv and put on some shows I missed well I was gone.

I hear a knock on the door.

I look at the clock it's 8.
I turn off the tv and open the door.
I see Jacob standing in the door way with some flowers. I smile.

"Hey, I got you these." Jacob says as he leans over and kisses my cheek.

I smile to my self because that's the first time I ever felt his lips to my skin.

"Could I put those in water real quick before we leave?" I ask as I  grab the flowers.

He nods.

We walk in the kitchen. I pull out a vase and fill it with water and put the flowers in there.

When done I step back and smiles at it.

"These are beautiful Jacob!" I say as I walk over to him.

I put my hand with his hand and we walk out he door.

"I hope you don't mind if we just walk  to the place?" Jacob asks.

"No not at all." I say with a smile.

We walk and he asks me about my trip.

I tell him all about and how it was the hardest thing to not get to see him.

Soon we make it to town. I've only drive through it multiple time but haven't got to walk through it and vibe it out.

It was busy but not bad busy.

We walk up to what looks like apartment but I couldn't really tell because they were in such bad shape.

"I know it doesn't look Romantic, but wait until this." She says as he pulls me by my hand to the fire escape stairs on the side of the building.

We both start to climb up.

When Jacob is on the roof and I'm almost there I see a ton of light coming from up there.

I make it to the top and climb to get where Jacob was at.

I look around.

There was a table with food and air mattress with a ton of pillows and blankets. Lastly all hung around us were light bulbs.

I smile and go and hug him.

"Come on I got you pizza...your favorite!" He says as we walk over to the table.

Once we finish eating he pulls me to the mattress. I sit on it well he goes to a corner of the roof.

The light bulbs around us turn off.

I look at Jacob.

"Thought we could stargaze?" He says as he walks towards me.

I nod my head with a agreement.

He sits next to me and pulls me closer.

We then get comfortable on the bed to where we are looking up in the sky.

We talk.
We don't make eye contact.
Only eye contact with the heavens above us.

Just we stop talking and we just stare up into the night sky...

I feel  rain drop on check.
