*Jacob's pov*

Today's the day.

I think to myself as I grab my phone.

I unlock my phone and stare at the lock screen. It was a picture of Quinn and I hugging I smile.

"Hey babe, good morning! Don't bother to reach out to me today I have some errands I need to go and it's a surprise for you. Also just want to let you I have a date planned for us tonight at 8. I'll pick you up (dress fancy). Love you!"

I got ready and decided to go and start to errands.

I go to Home Depot and pick out an nice outdoor table and chairs. Well I'm their I also pick up some outdoor lightbulbs.

Ok check.

Next spot, Quinn's house.

"Hey sorry to bother but I need to talk to you and mike." I text Quinn's mom.

"Ok well walk over to your house!" She replies.

I call my mom.

"Hey mom so Quinn's parents are on their way over. Today is the day and it can't be the day if I don't have permission. I know I haven't talk you or dad about this, so you guys be there too. Sorry for being in a rush love you bye." I hang up not giving her anytime to say anything.

I make it home.

I open the front door and all four of them are sitting on the couch.

"Hello everyone!" I say as I close the door behind me.

They all smile.

"So what is that you wanted to talk to us about son?" My dad ask.

"Ok this might sound crazy. But mike I'm in love with your daughter. I know we are to young to know what love is but honestly if what me and quinn have together isn't love then I don't know what I'm feeling." I say.

Quinn mom starts to tear up as she grabs mike's hand.

"So I guess I'm asking for your permission to take Quinn's hand in marriage?" I ask.

He stands up and walks over to me.

"Of course Jacob I know you'll treat her well." He says as we hug.

"So mom and Mary (Mary is Quinn's mom) I'm asking her tonight and I need to pick out the ring, that I'm not good at all this jewelry could you come and help me pick one out?" I ask.

They say of course and we head to the jewelry store.

We find a gorgeous ring and head back to the houses.

I get ready.

Once I finish its 8.

I slip the ring in my pocket and head over to Quinn's house.
