Twenty-two,

*tess's pov*

Today marks the third month of Luna and Jacob together.

I only know because that's all their talking about on each social media account.

I get up and still have the same mind set of not caring.

I tie my hair up and throw on some leggings paired with a Arizona sun devils sweatshirt.

I walk down stairs and just to the bus stop.

As I pass Jacob's house the door opens and I hear Luna.

"JACOB STOP IT!!" She says laughing and running away from him.

He runs up to her and grabs her by the waist.

They stare into each others eyes and kiss.

I keep my head down and kept walking.

Half way through the school day I get down with the day so I ditch.

I decide to go to town and hang at the mall since I had nothing to do and couldn't go back home.

I sit in the food court and people watch.

I see a lot of couples.

Great.

I see an old couple that walk with each other to find a seat in the court. They both sit done and talk to each other as the mans hand lays on the women's hand.

I see a mid-age couple that walk pass through the food court and walk into a baby gap store. About 30 minutes later they come out with two bags and seem so in love and happy.

As the mid-age couple walk out I see a young couple.

Oh my.

I see the face of the girl.

It was Luna.

And with her followed Jacob.

I get up and run into lush which is the store closest to the food court. I stay in there and watch them.

They sit down and both pull out their phone.

They make no eye contact.
No noise.
No movement.

They just sit there on their phones like they are alone.

Jacob gets up and walk over to Jamba Juice and Luna doesn't even notice.

I honestly didn't see a connection between them.

So Maybe Jacob wasn't as happy as I thought he was.

I leave the mall and head home.

My parents were going to be heading out and I decided to go see the town at night since I've haven't been out in a while.

I walk in the town and I pass the apartments Jacob and I had our first "date" I climbed up the fire escape stairs and see the light bulbs on and food set up.

Honestly even though it was the same thing me and Jacob did together I still think it's the cutest thing and it doesn't really bother me.

He only has food and light out there was no bed.

"Are we almost there?"

Oh god.
