"Mom I still have 2 weeks of school, I think what you meant to say was, 'There she is! Miss almost not a Braceface anymore'," Her hands flew up in exaggeration.
"Thats right, you have an appointment at the orthodontist today after school," Scarlet suddenly remembered.
"Seriously Mom, how could you possibly forget about the most important day of my life?" Paris queried.
"Sweety, this is most definitely not the most important day of your life. The most important day is when you have an angsty little bundle of joy just like you," Scarlet kissed Paris on the forehead.
"Now come on, eat your eggs, just because you're almost done, doesn't mean you can slack off," Scarlet hurried Paris as she sat gobbling up her breakfast.
