Broken Promises
Maurissa looked at her brother in disbelief. He grinned back but she just shook her head and flat out said no. He grunted and said you promised. She snorted back and said that was when you and I were supposed to be going alone.
She huffed and said I'm not going because I cannot stand even being in the same room with her, let alone being locked in a car for hours with that disgusting bitch.
He sighed and she said you broke your promise when you invited her of all people along. I'm not going because she's responsible for my true mate rejecting me. So you go on, go with that slut because I'm not going anywhere with her.
She added, oh by the way Aaron, make sure you wear protection because she has a horrible habit of telling those she sleeps with, that she's pregnant.
He growled What!? She walked away saying yup, that's why my true mate rejected me, because Amylyn said she was pregnant. She used some sort of spray or drug for her to smell that way. Goes to show you what type of a slut she really is. She got back in her car and drove to her apartment building, pissed and depressed.

Rissa had locked herself in her apartment and stayed inside for the week. She'd gotten the time off from work to go with Aaron, but wasn't up to facing the world.
When Aaron arrived back from his week in Florida, he showed up at her door, used his key to enter and found her curled up in bed.
He woke her up with the offer of food he brought. She got up and sat at the table and she asked if he had a good time? Aaron said he had but there was a problem.
She huffed, grabbed the fork and started to eat when she asked what happened? He grunted and said Amylyn took a pregnancy test, that came back positive.
Rissa poked him with her fork and said well, take her to the pack doctor, pregnancy tests are not 100% accurate. He huffed and said I used protection and I know they were not faulty.
She said well Aaron, the way I see it, is that she could have either been pregnant before you took her on that trip, or she got pregnant with some other guy while you weren't with her.
He sighed and asked what if it's mine? She said if that is the case, you do not reject your true mate because it takes two to get pregnant. Knowing Amylyn, I wouldn't put it past her to try and blame you for it anyways. First, see if she's really pregnant, then how long she has been pregnant and if that doesn't help, you need to wait until the baby is born to do DNA tests.
In the meantime, she's not your true mate and there is no way you should be forced to claim her with so many doubts as she'd done this before. If I had my say, I'd get the doctor to insist she be sterilized if she's faked this one too.
I mean who does that to others? She should be stripped of her Wolf, sterilized and sent to Siberia. She's ruining mated couples lives, each day she plans and targets another unsuspecting unmated male she wants to screw with.
They finished their food and he kissed her head, thanked her for the advice before leaving. She washed her hands and took her garbage out before heading back in to clean up.
