Chapter 4

~The Hangout~

*Jack's P.O.V.*

We went to the mall. Of course we went shopping and got Starbucks cause we're common white girls. I had my vlogging camera with me but I didn't feel like vlogging.

"Jack. What do you think your new neighbor will be like?" Kenzie asked.

"I'm not sure. Hopefully someone like you."

"Jack. I'm unique. No one will ever be like me."

"I can dream. Oh my god! Look!" I exclaimed while pointing.

Kenzie looked in the direction I was pointing.

"No way. One Direction are signing their album!" I screamed.

We ran over to the line. Holy shit! This can't be real! Oh. My. Fucking. God. We immediately got in line and purchased a copy. This is actually happening. Good thing we got in line when we did because they closed off the line after us. Kenzie and I were waiting in line. I turned to her.

"Oh. My. Fucking. God. I can't believe this is happening!" I exclaimed.

We waiting in line for a good- I'd like to say hour and a half. We finally got to the table. We passed by all the boys and said hello. After we got our things and were out of hearing distance we started fangirling.

"Oh my god. THEY LOOKED AT ME!" I exaclaimed.

"Did you see how Harry smirked when I passed?!" Kenzie screamed. "We should probably get back to my place. It's already 2."

I took out my phone. Wow. She was right. I can't believe we've been at the mall for so long.

~At Kenzie's House~

We were in her room. This is the last time I will be able to call it Kenzie's room... We thought that since this would be the last time we could easily meet, I though we'd film one last video together. I set everything up.

"Hey guys it's Jack! Today I'm here with my friend Kenzie."

"Hey guys!"

"This might be the last time we ever film a video together..."

"Yeah. I'm moving to California."

"Sadly. However, we're not gonna be sad in this video because we need to make the best of things right now. So basically, for this video, we're going to be reacting to my old videos that she was in. Neither of us have seen any of these videos in a while."

"I don't even remember what half of those videos were about..."

"Never the less, lets get started!"

~An Hour Later~

Holy shit. Were we actually like that?! You're fucking kidding me right? Jesus. I was one messed up kid. Kenzie was just laughing. We got pretty bored. We finished filming so we popped in our Midnight Memories cd. Story of My Life filled Kenzie's room. We danced around. I'm gonna miss her so so much. Why can't she just stay here forever. I wish some things would just last forever. I stopped dancing for a while. Kenzie was still jamming out. I went on instagram and took a video of her dancing.

'Kenzie really loves the new One Direction album @kenzierichards'

And send. Perfect. I don't know what I'm going to do without her. She's like my only friend. Well, the only one I'm really close to. The rest are all okay friendships but I feel something different with her but not in like a romantic way. That would be just a little strange. I guess I must've been staring because Kenzie stopped and looked a me.

"Are you alright Jack?" she asked.

"Huh? Oh. Yeah. I'm fine," I lied.

"Oh. Okay..."

She turned off the music. She came over to me and gave me one of her hugs. I love them so much. She let go and suggested that we go downstairs. I nodded. We went down stairs and turned on the TV. We watched Teen Wolf. Oh. My. Fucking. God. Best. Show. Ever. Created. Kenzie was hardcore fangirling. Like seriously. I'm gonna miss all of this when she's gone.

~Later~

At about 10 I had to leave. Kenzie and I hugged for the very last time. We stayed in each other's embrace for a while. When we finally let go, I left. I went home and felt like shit. I went upstairs to my room. I started to edit my video for tomorrow. I was so frustrated. I'm never gonna see Kenzie ever again. I decided to go on twitter. I scrolled through my timeline until I stumbled upon a very interesting tweet.

'@ThatSoJack_fan: Moving to Connecticut in the morning... I'm gonna miss California...'

Hmmm. Maybe she'll be my new neighbor. Nah. That's a very slim chance. I DMed her anyway.

I should probably finish editing.

I finished editing at around 12. Ugh. Finally done. I should go to sleep. I plugged my phone and computer in. I got under the covers and slowly drifted to sleep.
