Willow's POV

Lily went straight to the counter waiting for her brother to follow. I gulped. An anxious werewolf was grasping my wrist and another werewolf was watching great.

"Willow?" Grey asked as he walked toward us.

"Stay out of this Henderson," Aj growled through his teeth. Great from an anxious wolf to an angry one. My day just keeps getting better and better doesn't it?

His eyes darkened. I felt his grasp around my wrist tighten and it started to leave a mark. I know I can't feel pain, but I knew it would look painful.

"I think you should let go of her Goodson. If you know what's good for you," He stated with an air of authority.

"Don't you dare tell me what to do with my mate," He snapped. I felt his hand morph slightly and claws came out and dug into my pale skin.

"Ouch, Aj let go you're hurting me," I whined slightly, catching Grey's attention. Grey's eyes were wide and were turning dark.

"Let. Her. Go. That's an order," Grey said standing his ground. I felt something within Aj pull back. Go Alpha power.

Aj let go of my wrist and there was a black mark where he had grasped it. Not a bruise, just a dark mark. It resembled a bruise quite well, but I don't have normal blood. I tried rubbing it out, but not all of it would go away. Shoot, it's gonna be there for a while.

Aj pulled his hand to his head and groaned. When he looked up his eyes were no longer black, but back to his dull green eyes.

He turned his gaze to me. It pleaded with me to stay, but alas I am needed else where, and I did not need to be in this particular situation any longer. Their auras were too tempting.

"You know. I think I'm gonna go. I don't know what is wrong with this pack, but a..." I paused to whisper "... vampire, like myself could get into trouble," I said feigning fear. The word vampire rolled off my tongue so naturally it shocked even my death. I was so used to correcting it that agreeing with it tasted foreign.

"Please just leave me alone and I will leave your lot alone," I finished turning toward the door.

Aj had a chastised look when I finished and Grey looked like he was trying to figure something out, he almost stopped me, but didn't quite get to that point.

As I stalked toward the front doors Lily turned around.

"Hey! It's yo..." I quickly cut off her thoughts and replaced them morphing them and she shut her mouth and just gaped at me.

I opened the front door and stalked toward the road hoping to get away before they caught me. I heard Grey go up to Lily.

"Lil do you know that girl?"

"Hmm, I thought I did," She said with an immeasurable cuteness.

"Who did you think she was?" He asked in a concerned brotherly voice.

"Actually..." She paused and gave a frustrated huff, "I don't know. Can we get pizza now?" She said in a confused voice.

I smirked problem avoided. That was so not worth eating food for.

My death agreed within my stomach. Let's go get some real food now. I dashed for the bad part of town smirking the entire way there.

It took quite a few hours to find someone actually deserving to being eaten. It was especially difficult to do it while carrying a bag full of notebooks. After I had filled up, keeping me ok for a few days, I made my way back home. It was about 9 o'clock at night.
