Lips touched my neck as soon as I woke up the next morning. Though groggy, I turned a little to bring her closer and nearly moaned into the pillow under my chin. If only we could've woken up together like this each day.
She chuckled, forcing hair on the back of my neck to rise while she deepened those kisses on my skin. We hadn't made love the night before, so I didn't know what to think. At the same time, I obviously enjoyed such intimate attention.
"Good morning, babe." she whispered, leaning in just right to kiss my lips. I chuckled and followed her lead, reaching out to caress her cheek.
"Good morning." I barely spoke up from exhaustion. "What's up with this sexy wake-up call? My birthday's over, sweetheart."
"That's incorrect." she finally left my side and rubbed her hands together.
I blinked enough to clear my vision after some time and almost gasped. Brenda had been fully dressed. A suitcase rested nearby, all zipped up and ready to go. I titled my head like a confused puppy before staring down at my V-neck and pajamas pants.
"What's going on?" I asked.
"The buyer already packed up for you and a suitcase is in the limousine's trunk All you have to do is shower and get dressed, babe. Now, hurry up so were not late for the private jet." Her words flew out a mile a minute while I remained frozen on the bed, trying to understand.
Private jet? Where the hell are we going?

It was maybe noon at this point when I walked hand in hand with Brenda up the stairs of that jet. Voices greeted with me hello and late birthday wishes. I came face to face with Bill sitting at the very front, holding a newspaper. He could only wink and smile before turning back around.
I looked to see Brenda shaking her head. Her dimples turned to reveal that warm smile, but not before she led me the very back of the plane. One curtain had been lifted to show a glorious private longue.
There'd been two passenger seats, a couch almost large enough to fit me and all of my brothers, several mini refrigerators, one of the mandatory, confining bathrooms, and this safely put radio. To say someone wished to spoil me now would be an understatement.
"So, what do you..." I held that face with both hands, stopping her with a kiss. Like some giddy child, I'd rushed her into our little hideaway and buckled in tight before the pilot issued take-off.

Florida? Great. Orlando? Holy shit! I thought to myself.
My best friend had actually arranged this outing to Disneyworld. We'd spent the whole evening using a virtually shut down park long after hours. For the umpteenth time, Mickey and I crossed paths again and took several pictures.
The photographer advised me to carry a fake rose at one point. After this guy snapped away again, I'd pleasantly chosen to give Brenda that flower. Mickey blushed as though we were the most adorable couple and kissed Brenda's hand before walking off for the night. For once, I decided not to feel jealous. This was the happiest place in the world after all.
I'd never forget taking one picture when Mickey and crouched down on the red carpet. This attraction had been called "The Great Movie Ride." Classic movie scenes would be reenacted while patrons listen through darkness inside.
Just before going in with Baby Girl, she'd pulled off my fedora and topped the hat right onto her pretty hair. I faked a good smile at the camera, shook hands with Mickey, chased B down, snatched my hat right back off those curls and carried her over my shoulder into the building.
Now drained from our wonderful adventures, we'd found a bench and just sat down eat ice cream and joked with each other as if this were our last day on Earth. Never in a million years did I imagine that someone would act so generously for me, given all the darkness in my life.
"Thank you." I finally said.
"No problem, but we're not even finished with this vacation." Brenda flashed yet another smile.
I gasped, scooping out even more ice cream. Crickets chirped with their usual rhythm every so often around us. I'd barely noticed the security that formed throughout this park. Bill would nod to me wearing his favorite dingy hat.
"What else you got for me, babe?" I spoke with a full mouth, hardly chuckling. Baby Girl looked down at her watch.
"In a few minutes, a driver should roll in and take us back to the private jet. You'll be surprised in the morning."
Oh... I chewed my bottom lip.

Miami? Damn! What the hell did I do to deserve her?
I found myself taking in an ocean view late the next morning. Words couldn't even begin to describe how I felt at the moment. Faint Samba music played outside our windows and I snapped my fingers every so often, just grateful. If evening arrived soon enough, I'd be out there with my girl, walking along the beach.
Yet, when she emerged from the bathroom, other thoughts quietly moved in. Her body curved in a sundress this time. I chewed my bottom lip once more and opened my arms taking her in for a spinning hug.
She smiled against my lips with such joy and kissed me back. Those short curls tickled my nose again once I set her down. Never did I stop the embrace we now kept in this beautiful scenery. Salty air filled my nostrils before long. I kissed those lips in a delicate way and reached down for her neck, smiling once she let out a moan.
"Why did I get all of this from you? Why?" my voice came down to a shy whisper as if I hadn't acted so boldly just moments ago.
Brenda wrapped her arms around my neck as always. "Because you're my baby. With everything going on between us, you deserved it. It's been six years and you never gave up on me. What else am I supposed to do?"
I changed my mind. We could not separate from the hotel room afterwards.
