"You can go if you want." Hershel says.

"You gonna take 'em all on?" I ask.

"We have guns. We have cars."

"Kill as many as we can, we'll use cars to lead the rest of them off the farm." Maggie finishes.

"You're serious?" Glenn questions, I had to agree. It sounded mad what they were thinking, was it even possible with the amount of walkers there were?

"This is my farm. I'll die here." Hershel says while loading his gun, I let out a soft sigh and look to Daryl who gave me a small nod.

"All right. It's as good a night as any." Daryl says before jumping over the railing, we get the cars ready. Me and Darren to my truck.

"I'll drive." I shout to him, we get in and drive around trying to get the walkers attention but it wasn't really working. We killed what we could. "Can you see Rick or Carl?" I ask Darren as he hangs out of the window.

"No. Try to get the barn, maybe they set the fire." He replies, I get closer to the barn. I couldn't see anything, I turn back around and drive a different way. "I see them! They got by the house. We gotta go mom."

"We can't leave them! They'll die."

"The place is getting over run, and they're in a car now so let's go!" He sits back into passenger seat.

"I see Hershel! Keep driving for me." I look to Darren.

"Mom. No what are you doing?"

"Saving Hershel. I can't have no else die."

"Mom no!" I climb out of the truck, I see Darren quickly get in front of the wheel. I stab a few walkers as they get closer to me.

"If I'm not back in a few you gotta go." I demand.

"No! I won't leave with out you, you and dad are all I have."

"Please Darren! I promise I'll be back." He nods slowly. "I love you. Don't forget that."

"You too mom." I smile before running to get Hershel, he and Dale were like dads to me. I didn't want anyone to die, I couldn't let it happen. I see Rick get Hershel into a car, I sigh in relief knowing he was safe. I turn around ready to run back to the truck, I couldn't find a safe way to it without getting bit.

"Shit." The only way out was towards the woods, I set off running killing what walkers I could. I finally get far enough to turn around and see the farm was completely overrun, I couldn't see if anyone was safe or not. It tore my heart in two knowing I didn't see if Daryl and Darren got out safe, I hope they all made it. I turn back around and keep running so that I was far away from the farm.

-Darren's POV-

I see mom run for Hershel but she turns back around looking for a way out, after that I couldn't see her. I looked around hoping to see her but it was no use, I hesitated before driving away like she told me to do. I drove as fast as I could, I head to the highway where we were before the farm, when I get there I see the others were here already. I pull up next to them and let out a soft sigh, I couldn't cry. Crying makes you weak, that's what I've always thought. Especially after mum told me who my dad was, I miss her. I miss Rachel, I climb out of the truck and keep my head down while walking to them.

"Where'd you find everyone?" Rick asks dad, I look up to everyone but I refused to look them all in the eyes.

"Well those guys tail lights zig zagging all over the road, figured it 'ad te' be Asian drivin' like tha'." Dad replies.

"Good one." Glenn speaks.

"Where's the rest of us?"

"We're only ones who made it so far." Rick says.
