Jeric's POV

Weeks passed, minsan lang kami nakakapagkita ni Ysa. I've been busy kasi bukas start na ng aking first UAAP season and I am so excited, we constantly text each other naman and I call her every morning and before we sleep. Kung di man kami magkita I still want to hear her voice. Anything about her is like a vitamins for me. The truth is, I'm feeling a lot of pressure. Madami kasi ang nageexpect ng a lot from me and Ysa is always there parang pag nakikita ko sya or naririnig ko boses nya nawawala lahat ng problema ko at naeenergize agad ako.

Anyway, magkikita kami tomorrow at our game. May game kasi kami bukas against. Sana makalaro ako bukas and I hope my performance is great. Ayoko naman mapahiya kay Ysa, my family and the whole UST community.

"Ahia, are you excited? Good Luck tomorrow" That's my brother Jeron asking me. He's a sophomore in Highschool at Xavier where I also graduated.

"Nervous pero excited." I told him sabay subo ng pagkain. We're having a dinner kasi and we usually chat with each other during dinners kasi kumpleto kami pag gantong time.

"Kaya mo yan Ahia. We're gonna watch tomorrow. Win or lose we're proud of you" Almira, my younger sister told me.

This is what I love about my family. We're close tska supportive sila sa lahat ng bagay.

"Anyway, Mommy, Daddy, Someone will be sitting with you. Please take care of her tomorrow ha." I told my parents. "You three, please Ha, please be good to her" I told my siblings. They'll all be watching kasi and the seat number kasi nung kay Ysa is next to theirs syempre.

"Whoa. Who's this naman? Parang may iba eh" Achi Alyssa naming is the one who asked.

"Well a friend I met in UST" Okay,maybe that was only partially true. I know she's more than that.

My two sisters raised an eyebrow and my mom has a questioning eye. "Yung totoo? Friend lang talaga? Eh bakit ganyan ka makapagbilin samin?" Mom asked.

"Okayyy. Oo na. I like this girl. I'll introduce her to you tomorrow. Wag nyo ko papahiya ha,baka kung ano pagsasabi nyo while I'm not there"

"Ayieeee" My siblings cheered. Itong mga to talaga. Ang kukulit.

"Okay anak. Tell us more about her para naman may konting briefing na kami" Dad said

"Well first of all, di nya alam na kayo ang katabi nya. Di naman nya tinanong eh so I'm sure magugulat yun and mahihiya kaya please makipagclose kayo ha para di awkward" I told them specifically my siblings.

"Of course Ahia" "Yes sure" "Okay Ahia. Lakas mo samin eh" They all said at the same time

"Uhh I met her nga pala nung first day sa UST, cliché man eh nakabangga ko sya and nagpakilala ako and I asked her name" I started and they are listening intently

"Bilis ahia ah. Name agad" Sumingit bigla si Jeron. Tiningnan naman sya nung two girls, kasi naman nagkkwento pa ko sabat pa ng sabat

"Well, I met her again a few weeks after that. I asked her for a coffee then hinatid ko sa condo nya"

This time si Mommy naman nag interrupt "Wait. Is this yung time na gabi kang umuwi and sabi mo eh may team dinner kasi kayo?" Ooops, huli

"Yup pero may team dinner naman talaga kami, nagkataon lang na we're on the same resto and I saw her kaya ayun nagkwentuhan and I asked her if she'd like to go to SB (StarBucks) with me" I explained to them

Si Mommy nagsalita ulit "And kinabukasan did you went to see her? Aga mo umalis nun eh hapon pa naman class mo."
