"Your just an hour late! Wow! I'm impressed Mr Chauhan. This is a big improvement from last time. Directly from two hours to just an hour. Why don't we reward you? Go back home and rest for the day."

"My My! Miss D! Such arrogance is not good for a lady."

"And laziness is not good for business, Mr Chauhan. Now unlike you, people have important tasks at hand so would you mind disappearing for sometime?"

And as always just when Adi din't get a chance for a comeback.

"Morning, Ria." interrupted a quite familiar voice. A voice that irritated Adiraj.

"Morning Mr Williams." Ria replied with a smile. A smile that Adiraj wished would ever be directed towards him.

"So, He comes late and gets a smile but I get welcomed with sarcasm. Where is justice in the world?"

"Mr Williams is right on time, Mr Chauhan. So Mr Williams this is Mr Chauhan the guy I was talking about yesterday and Mr Chauhan this is Danny Williams Dev's new assistant and our new associate architect."

"Ssup' A?"

"We meet again! Oh how nice!" Adiraj's voice dripped venom and he din't hide his annoyance either.

" You two seem to know each other"

"We've known each other since forever. Haven't we, A?

"Ah huh... And I curse that day we met even now."

"Oh" was all Diva could say. It didn't take a genius to notice they hated each other. While Adiraj was open about it Danny covered up with a smile. It was evident that he enjoyed annoying Adiraj.

"Aright! Let's get to work. Mr. Williams you can collect the dimensions and shots of the site from my PA and you can start working on the design and she'll show you your cabin. And Mr Chauhan you will assist me with work."

"Sure, captain" Danny gave her a mock salute and left.

That's when Diva noticed something different in Adiraj's eyes. It looked like he was thinking about or remembering was painful.

"Hey you okay? You seem off."

Adiraj was taken aback at concern in her voice and that seemed genuine. Could she care? She has always made it clear that she hated him. Now why the concern?

"Me and off? Especially when I have your company? Never"

And he is back. "Alright then back to work. I have a rough landscape planned let's see what you have to say."

An hour later.....

A vibration interrupts their discussion.

"Hey Angel"

"Di, My car is broken down and Mom and Dad are both not picking my call."

"Mom and Dad are both in a meeting, baby girl. But you know what? that means I get to come pick you up. Just give me your address and I'll be there in fifteen minutes." she notes down the address and hangs up promising to be there in fifteen minutes tops.

"Sarah, track down Dev for me please?"

"Ma'am he has gone on site visit. Is there anything I can help you with?"

"No that will be all. Thanks."

She turns to Adi. "Can I borrow your car? I need to pick my sis up and D was my ride today."

" Sure"

.....

"Keys please."

"Huh?"

"I promised my sis I'll be there in fifteen and I keep my promises. I have ten minutes left."

"Just be careful with my baby. This is a GT-"

"9ff GT9-R its got a speed of 257mph and offers 1,120bhp. Just what I need. Hold on tight"

"Woah! You know about cars and drive crazy. Who are you women? Where is the Ms D I know?"

"You still don't know me Mr Chauhan."

"Di!" Angel threw herself at her Di.

"I missed you too, baby gal. Now shall we get going?"

"Hell yeah! Can we pick up something to eat on the way?"

"Sure, baby gal. BTW Angel, Mr Chauhan. Mr Chauhan, Angel."

"Hello there, Beautiful."

"Oh my! You were right, Di. Flirt written all over him."

"So you do talk about me."

"And ego oozes out from every pore of his skin. How do you even put up with him?"

"Jeez! You are turning this pretty lady into you. She is too rude for her age. Give her a break,Diva."

Angel didn't even let Diva to answer it and jumped to defend her sis.

"Mr. Arrogant Jerk. One, nobody speaks to my Di like that. Two, its not her turning me into being rude. Its you who are making me rude its your stupid attitude. We both sisters don't tolerate jerks like you. Now if you have heard enough I advice you to keep shut before I snap and award you with a black eye.."

Diva was quite all through the ride. She was enjoying the whole ordeal. And she was proud of her lil Angel.

Later that day....

"Miss D, may I ask you out to dinner?"

Diva noticed Adi's body stiffening at the question that was thrown her way by Daniel.

Before her mind could process anything her mouth opened on its own.

"Sorry Mr. Williams but I have other plans and I don't think its a good idea for us to get involved in anything other than business."

At this she couldn't help but notice Adi's shoulder relax. She didn't understand what anything meant or why she felt whatever she felt on Adi's reaction.

She noticed the tension between the two male in her office. She knew there must have been some history but she wasn't one to pry. As long as it didn't effect work it shouldn't bother her.
