OOH ACTUALLY ONE MORE THING.. what is your thoughts on me potentially making another book in the future.. like a modern-ISH httyd thing, not like highschools or anything (bc personlly i don't find those interesting) more like a farm/medieval/horse(maybe)/unmodernized society/Scorpio Races by Maggie Stiefvater kind of type story maybe.. tell me your thoughts!!

ANYWAYS BACK TO THE STORY

My eyes are blurry when I wake up, it seems like years have passed. I lay not on a ship, or in the sanctuary; but on a small wooden bed in a wooden house. The sunlight seeping through a small ceiling hatch blinds me, but I can make out a small desk, and some clothing crates.

I look around the room, and realize he's not there. Toothless isn't here.

"Toothless!?" I call out with my hoarse voice. My throat is dry, and I don't know where I am, so I decide to sit up; and rub the sleep out of my eyes. I feel lightheaded as I sit up, and have to hold my head for a few seconds to get my mind straight.

I hear a door open from somewhere below me, down a flight of stairs that I failed to look for, I assume. I quickly lay myself back down, feeling the cold, wood against my wings. Whoever walked into the house, starts to walk up the stairs; where I lay I'm guessing. Followed by another. I turn my head to the side, and close my eyes; faking slumber.

"Still sleeping." A feminine voice says, I recognize it to be Astrid's, but I don't move still.

"Poor kid, 'ust've been through a lot over the past couple months. Eh?" A male voice replies. I don't recognize his voice, so I decide to still not wake.

"Didn't Gothi say he'd be awake by now? He was due today!" Astrid huffs.

"He could wake right befor' sunrise, or sunset, 'strid." We just 'otta wait."

"I know, but what if he never wakes up?"

"He will, promise ye lass. I gotta go work in the forge, 'atch ye later."

"Okay, I'm just gonna sit here for a bit." Astrid says.

A pair of feet move down the stairs; leaving one pair up where I sleep. Astrid's.

"Y'know? Hiccup, if you're listening right now, which you probably are, but even if you aren't, I know you're wondering where you are and why you are here."

Yeah some information would be nice. I say to myself.

"Well, you're back on Berk, because you blacked out again. Gothi, our village healer, gave you some treatment and fed you, so you have something in your system again. Your mom, and Gothi advised you stay for atleast seven nightfalls, so that if something were to happen; she can help." she pauses, probably taking a breath, "Another thing.. sorry uh, for you know.. whatever that was back on the hunter ship. Also, one last thing, Toothless is in our forge, Gobber, who was just here; used him to light the fire, Toothless apparently fell asleep after hearing one of his stories. Have a good evening Hiccup, if you need me, I'll be downstairs."

I debate whether to answer her or not. She helped me, a lot; if it wasn't for her, I wouldn't be alive right now, Toothless would have took me back to the sanctuary. Don't get me wrong, I hate Berk as much as the next dragon; but if it meant keeping me alive and satisfied of food, then it was okay.
