"Sarah." Gentle whispers of my name drifted into my ears. Slow, soft, drifting me further asleep. Making a gradual smile upon my face. "Wake up." My eyes flutter open, taking in the same scenery that was when I fell asleep. Nevada was awake in the chair next to my bed like last time. I looked past my bed at the chairs against the wall, my parents were gone. A small presser on the bed, make me turn in the direction. Dunstan was sitting on the edge of the bed. Feet still able to reach the ground, it looked uncomfortable. Our eyes met for a brief second. His were different, tired, dark. I understood where he had been. He had been outside with the parents, summarizing in more detail what had happened.

"How are they?" I sat up leaning back against the hard pillows. I could make out my parents sitting in chairs talking to people in seats across form them.

"As well as you think. Mrs. Puck was about to slap me, but her husband stopped her. Arn went home. Your parents are trying to calm Deven's parents down." He picked at his hands, breaking the eye contact that we were holding strong.

"What else?" I moved my head trying to see his eyes. Then he moved them up to meet mine. They were happier, brighter. Getting off the bed, the presser went away and the mattress evened out to my weight. He held out his hand. Looking at him, I looked at Nevada. She was out cold, nothing was breaking that. I took his hand and swiftly got off the bed onto my feet. The night gown didn't cover much, but it covered the necessary parts.

We walked out of the room, the parents looked but none motioned to stop us. The Pucks couldn't meet my eyes. Both were crying harder than ever. Dunstan quickly drew me away from them. Around the corner, we passed down the halls. There was a doctor who walked by, wearing navy blue scrubs. Around his waist was a clip holding his beeper. His eyes were filled with sorrow, more noticeable were the huge bags filling underneath them. They were begging for sleep, sleep that was not to come by his schedule. He walked to the nurse's station, grabbed a binder. Walking away briskly, not talking to anyone. Then around the corner he was gone.

Dunstan walked me down a long hallway. There were many patients, some were kid's others were old men or women. Doctors were in rooms giving news, good news was gathered by hugging and kissing. Some cheered, others cried. Bad news was followed by screams of pain, tears, and falling people. Each room gave a new scenario of a life.

One room that caught my eyes as we passed by, was a young girl. She was in a night gown just like mine, this one was bright pink. She had no hair, but her eyes were beautiful. Blue and green mixture from the heavens above. She was sweet singing out loud, as if no one was there. She was great even. This wasn't supposed to be her life. Full of pain, and bad new.

Dunstan pulled me away form the door. He dragged me threw the hallway, making sure I wouldn't stop again. We hit the elevator, pressing the down arrow. Waiting was not my strong suit.

"Where are we going?" I crossed my arms over my chest, turning in to face him. He looked up at the line of numbers each glowing as the elevator got closer.

"No where." His voice was emotionless, stone cold face stared up at the numbers. When the bottom dinged the arrival of the elevator, we hopped on. Lucky for us, there was no one in the confined room.

"Why didn't the Pucks look at me?" I was raising my voice, getting angry that he was not answering me. Let a lone he wasn't even looking at me.

"I said nothing." He looked straight at the doors, eyes making contact with his refection. Even I thought that threw his peripheral vision he could not see me.

"WHAT ARE WE DOING!" I flew my arms out from in front of me and to my side. I was screaming at him, there was still no reaction. Stone, cold face starring at the blurry refection. "WHERE ARE WE GOING!" another out burst pushed him over the edge. He turned to look at me. Eyes pushing threw and taking control of my soul. He starred down at me.
