Elite Four member Will was once one of the Masked Children, but he joined the Mask of Ice out of his free will. Envious of the fact that his former enemy Green has reunited with her parents, Will takes it upon himself to locate his family as well. He finally meets his father, who has spent 15 years finding his son. But little does he know that a mere family reunion will intertwine his fate with that of his loved ones.
Unknown to him, a band of criminals emerge and cause havoc everywhere in the Johto region. Eventually, they become an omniscient threat, and only Will can stop them.
