September,13,2016 i had a flat work lesson on espie. it went really well espie was being really lazy so my trainer had to use the green whip and chase me around a little bit. I managed to get her cantering on the left lead but not the right. espie has a really small stride at the moment but my trainer says that its just because she isn't that strong at the moment and we will slowly work with her to open her stride up a little more. I'm really excited for espie because three months ago i wasn't sure if i would ever be able to ride her and now three months later i have a walk trot and canter by myself on her.
