On july eighteenth i lunged Espie for the first time on a proper lunge line. There had been a trot pole in the middle but i wasn't planning on going over it that day. I accidentally let go of a little bit to much of the lunge line and she ended up lined up with the pole. by then there was not enough time for me to pul her in. she stopped in front of it first but walked over it and i got her into a trot right after and the second time she went over it perfectly. it had also started to rain lightly. because she had gone over it on side i turned her around and did it going the other way. she didn't hesitate going the other way and almost did a little hop with her front hooves over it. We did that another time the other way and then we brought her inside i did a little bit more work with her inside then i unsaddled her and we washed her foot and let her go back into her pasture.
I have riding lessons with one of my trainers horses Either Greta or Lia or one of her other ones. i am so excited but to be honest thus will be the first time i have been on a well behaved horse ever so yeah. don't know what major thing will be next or when but i will update as soon as it happens so hang tight.
