Love Or Success?

Chapter 6

Shreya any how managed herself after sheding few tears and gathered her stuff one by one .
She placed everything  properly in the room provided by Akash which was adjacent to his. Shreya after adjusting everything took hot water shower to release the stress and pain she got whole day. She closed her eyes and  remembered all the events those took place with her .. specially the three accidents with aks!
She huffed to remove it through her exhale. And finally her lips curved into a beautiful smile under the sliding water streams on her face. This smile was of satisfaction.. of getting admission in her dream uni, of settling her self independently in unknown place, efforts which bloomed into a sweet fruit!
N her gaze shifted to the injured hand of hers.. and on realising she hiss in pain and cleaned it with water .
After lots of time of freshning she comes out . She applies ointment on her elbow and wear her night cloths as it was almost dinner time . And hear sound like cruk cruk . She wonders for a sec and realises that she is hungry and her hungry stomach is alerting her!

She moves to kitchen and finds nothing. She was wondering what to eat when she saw alice with a tray of square boxes. Most probably they were pizzas. Shreya's anxiety had no bounds. She immediately called Alice n asked her about dinner.
Alice with a confused face  told her "i bought these pizzas for me . And i dont know about Akash. He might be going outside . But if you want we can share these" . Alice very merrily offered her. And they shared her dinner.
Shrey: Alice.. u r the saviour. U wont even imagine how hungry i am from morning.
Alice: from morning? Dont tell me u didnt had nything?
Shreya: Yup. I was so busy with my admission process and finding a place to stay then this shifting. And out of all.. that dumb idiot fellow always comes in my way to make accidents.
Alice was listening to her and suddenly got confused.
Al: what ? Accidents and who?
Sh: Our so called house incharge 😑!
Shreya sighed speaking.
She narrated her day to alice. Even shreya was shocked at her behaviour of getting friendly with a person whom she bearly knw from few hours . Because shreya was kindof isolated person who liked to be limited . She only opened up with her parents .
This might be the lonliness she is experiencing in an unknown place. After all a human being cant stay isolated for long. He/she needs atleast one person to express her feelings .
So she find alice as her companion.
After listening to her whole day story Alice was feeling pathetic..
Alice: Aww.. poor girl.. its ok happens.. now you have me na. I will not let you again to collide with that stupid.
Aah.. after long time finally a smile crept on shreya's face!
And both shared giggles!

After lots of chatting being girls😂 both of them retired to their rooms and slept. As tommorow was shreya's frst day in college.

Next morning Shrya was first to wake up. She freshened n got ready to leave for college. She didnt bother to see for akash n alice. She left  with her ear phones plugged into her ears .
She soon reached college as it was till half n hour for lectures to start she went to canteen to fill her hunger. She attended her lectures and it was time for lunch break.
Shreya moved out of classroom towards canteen . While walking through corridor she heard a a familiar feminine voice calling her name. It was none other than Alice.
Alice: hey shreya. When you left the house? U didnt even bothered to ping me. See I'm  so late.
Shreya: hi.. i didnt knew that u r in same college! I thought u might be working . N i am really sorry for that. From tommorw we will come together. Fine?
Alice: fine . N its ok.. dont be so serious. I was kidding. Its my every day's habbit of being late. U know its a charm in itself!
Shr: Hehe lol.. but in which year u r?
Al: Its my final year. I hope i dont come with you next year😂
Shreya : it will be good for me . Coz i will have a known classmate!
N both of them burst into laughter.
Both headed towards canteen . Had their lunch. N attended their lectures. It was evening . Shreya was waiting outside college gate for alice when  she recieved a msg saying that alice is going for some party at friends place amd akash os with her. They may or may not come tonight.

Shreya replied in affirmation and headed towards cottage.She bought few veggies so as to cook for herself and reached home. By seeing the lock she started searching for keys.. n as today no bad luck came in her way it came now. She didnt had cottage keys as she forgot in her room in morning !😫
