Chapter 5

After talking to that man , Shreya chatted with her mumma pappa for a while to tell them about her well being. After around 5 minutes or so she recievd the text from an unknown number. It was address of the house where she was going to go .

She cleaned the wound on her elbow n got ready to leave ..

At around 5 sharp she was outside the cottage and rang the door bell.. in half a minut she heard the door opening. She found a girl in mini jeans and a pink crop top to welcome her.
Shr: Hello . I made a call a while back. I am in need of a house on rent.
Girl: Oh .. yes yes.. come in. Well I am not the house incharge. He is there inside .
Girl said pointing towards a room which was on left from the entrance door .
Exchanging the smiles Shreya moved towards the room.
A guy of aroung 6 feet was standing on the stool and adjusting some stuff over there .
Shreya understood that even he shifted today only so she waited for him to complete his work.

Man: Hey Alice.. plz give me that bag behind the door.
He said adjusting the stuff on storey.
Shreya looked here and there.. she found the sound familiar . But ignored and turned towards the door and found a red travelling bag behind the entrance door. She went and picked and handed it to him..

Man: Huh.. thanx dear...
he said looking behind and wondered seeing shreya and lost his balance. Before Shreya could register anything both fell on the floor .
THHHHHHHUUUUDDDDDD!!!!!!

Shreya: Ouch!!.. how you manage to always collide with me only .
Mr.... umm .. whatever !
Shreya said in a frustrated tone.

Akash  (obvio)  : Umm.. even i cn say that.. coz i was expecting Alice to give me the bag! N I...... I mean..( he stared at her top) i got confused.. n lost my balance..

Shreya: N what were those 5 secs of pause for?

Akash: No no nothing.. well m sorry!

Shreya: Ok ok.. u need not be sorry always! I am fine!

Aksh: Umm.. thanx ( laughingly)

Akash POV :
How to tell her that my gaze accidently shifted to her neck line n her deep neck top!😑 I was above so it was just a top view!
Shutup akash.. dont think much.. n frgt it!

Akash: Well I think u r the one who need  place on rent?

Shreya: Yes ...

Aksh: ok come .. we will sit n talk..

Both of them move towards the sofa to discuss about the same.

Shreya: So even u r on rent right?

Akash: yes.. but i cannot afford to pay  the full rent . N here this is cheapest cottage.  I work in a  technical firm to manage my expense here. I came last week back n wondered almost everywhere for place.. n finally i got it. But still  to make it easy i am ready to share this house and will pay the parted amount.

Shreya: Ohh.. but then how many have you gathered till now?

Akash: Umm .. by now its only me and Alice.

Shreya: Ok.. but I will feel uncomfortable to live with couple!
Shreya said in a hesitant tone.

Akash got confused for a sec and on realising the meaning of what she said he immidiately blurted ,
Akash: hahahha.. arree no no.. we aint couples.. yes we have been good friends from last week . And i found that even she is in need of house . But only for a month. Later on she will move to her own house which she has booked but waiting for its possession.

Shreya: Ok .. m sorry😆(she said smiling sheepishly)... till the time we can find some more roommates!
Akash: Yes .. right. So I should I take it as affirmation?

Shreya : Yes.. I will shift till evening.

Both of them discussed for about half n hour about the house rent and other rules etc. Shreya left for hotel so as to prepare for shifting.
She had nothing other than two big travelling bags and a hand purse . So it didnt took her much efforts.

In evening:
Ting tong......
Akash herd the door bell and open the door to find Shreya with her stuff.. He welcomed her with a smile n turned towards his room.

Shreya POV:
Is this the way of behaving.. he is so insane.. uff.. some times pretend to be so caring n now he left me with two big travelling bags..  leave .. i will do it by myself!

N she started dragging her bag.. but while doing so... her elbow rubbed with the  wall near door and her bandage came out and her wound was scratched again.. now this was limit for shreya to controll the pain of accidents she is having with akash from morning! And she wailed  with teary eyes.

I am writing this from last two weeks and completed now..
