Thank you Taylor Alison Swift... I am so Proud!

Change???

I met my best friend in 6th grade,but we didn't actually become best friends until the 7th grade. Her name is Sydney. She is a Swiftie. One of our friends didnt like our friendship and she started doing something to us that honestly mentally scarred us both. We were living in fear for 4 1/2 months because of her, but Taylor Swift got us through it. And so did her magnificent song "Change"!!!

It all started May 15, 2013, it was storming and we were on facetime. Syd sent me a screen shot of a text from and unknown number that sent a picture of Taylor crying. That night they kept threatening Syd and me... but worst of all, they threatened Taylor. We were so scared!! When we saw each other at school the next morning we hugged so tight. Throughout the day it was getting scarier and scarier. Our teachers knew something was bothering us but we didnt say a word about it out of fear. The person stopped texting but soon, we were both being texted by a new number and it was BAD!!! We became even more scared. While on a school trip, we told a teacher and she helped. We also listened to Change because we knew we couldn't back down. It kept happening all summer and it was like they were literally watching us, it was terrifying!!! In August we peiced things together and stood up for ourselves. That night we sang Change ut not in fear, but because we hadn't given up, we knocked down the walls put up and made it through a scary time. That night we fell asleep happy and safe, not scared. We also used a quote:

"Fearless is not being completely unafraid, it's being 100% terrified... But you jump anyway." Taylor Swift.

We were Fearless and didn't hold our peace, we were able to Speak Now and that made things Change, now we arent scared at all. And by trying to push me and Sydney apart, we grew closer together. I love that. So always believe that if you don't back down, things will Change. Taylor Alison Swift taught me that, and I am incredibly thankful she did!!! I am so proud that she has taught her fans so many amazing things, and all of them have helped me through a lot. Taylor Alison Swift, I am so PROUD!!!!
