"So, this boy you hated is now competing for your affections." Sayuri's mother said rather confused as well as amused. Sayuri had been explaining the recent turn of events. She was seeking assistance in figuring out this guy's true intentions. Her mother though a total push over sweet heart had always been an observant person and great judge of character. Her own ability to judge people's intentions was something she had inherited from the quiet woman. She often came to her mother for advice as well as her father, which was the next person she would bring it up to. Sayuri noticed a smirk on her mother's face one she rarely had. She looked interested in this Aomine. "Yes, he was a jerk, but I just can't figure him out." Sayuri pouted. She and her mother were taking Marty on a walk around the neighborhood just as the sun set below the horizon. "This boy seems interesting, not much can get you this frustrated, and I'd like to meet him. You said he was on the basketball team?" Sayuri's mother inquired after Aomine with a playful spark in her eye. "Yes, he's their ace, leagues above everyone else, I watched him play at practice once." Sayuri thought back to the time he played against the third years when Momoi dragged her to the gym to walk home with her. "It seems his affection is not completely unreciprocated." Her Mother giggled as she watched Sayuri blush and quickly yell back her defense. "I am merely testing him, his fun to talk with, I've started the match, now I merely need to lay out the rules, and if he can surpass my defenses then I'd consider him."Sayuri cleared her throat and spoke confidently. Her mother gave her a warm smile and looked to the sky. "I'll pick you up from school tomorrow, you can introduce me then." Her mother told her as she looked at the ever graying sky. Like the sky hadn't quiet decided if it would rain or not. "You want to meet him, now?" Sayuri was slightly surprised, but had the aching feeling she would say something like that. For the most part, her mother was a simple, gentle, submissive woman. But she had these moments of curiosity were she'd sudden do something bizarre out of nowhere, then return to her normal life. Sayuri once remembered during a trip to America when she was ten her mother had the strangest urge to go sky diving, she left early in the morning leaving merely a note and returned the next day with a video of when she had seceded. Sayuri certainly had reason to be worried looking at her mother's track record.
Sayuri once again at Aomine's request made another lunch for him; Momoi said she would make her own. She had offered to make Aomine's as well as Sayuri's this time, but Aomine harshly detested the idea calling Momoi a horrible cook. Therefore Sayuri was charged with making him lunch from now on. Sayuri was curious as to just how bad Momoi had to be to gain such a disgusted reaction from Aomine. So once again Sayuri prepared another meal Momoi excluded. No headed to school with butterflies in her stomach at the thought of seeing Aomine again she thought back to how much she hated him. He's a good guy, just a pervert. She grumbled thinking over all the stomach wrenching embarrassment she had to endure the first few days of their acquaintance. He really is her worst nightmare. She sighed at how quickly her 'worst nightmare' became her friend. She stood at the shoe lockers question what would happen when her mother appeared. She was peeling her loafers off her feet when she saw a tan muscular hand rest on the locker next to her head. Instantly recognizing the musky scent, and thick dark skinned arm, she nervously gulped salvia down before turning behind her a little over her shoulder to see Aomine smirking at her with increased proximity. "Good morning Daiki." She submissively answered keeping her head down a little worried about what he'd do to her. She had started a game. What was he's first move going to be? He stopped leaning over her and turned over his back on the lockers besides her giving her a surprisingly warm smile. Those warm smiles always ruined her resolve. "Good morning." He said with a cool expression that grew mischievous after a moment as he leaned into her ear and whisper. "Tits." He finished his greeting and Sayuri blushed, his hot breath up against her neck, and swatted him away with her hand. "I won't make lunch for you again if that continues." she glared at him. As she was glaring he suddenly reached out his hand and poked her cheek with his finger ruining her serious expression as she became timid and flustered again. He laughed at her. His loud innocent laugh sound merry and happy. Not like his previous giggles paired with mischievous smirks, but a real deep laugh, loud and cherry. This laugh made her giggle along as she looked up at him with a questioning smile, wondering if he was really a good guy. She turned to him and slowly reached her hand up her slim pale hand tapping his nose. It wasn't really pay back, or fast. It was slow and paired with a heartwarming smile that him starring at her figure as she lowered her hand. He watched her bright green eyes and warm smile on her pink lips as she lowered her arm a flower scent caught under his nose that had swept by with her movements. He suddenly leaned forward. His close proximity put Sayuri's guard up and she jumped back putting her hands up defensively. He laughed at her ridiculous pose; she looked like a power ranger preparing for battle. "What's up with you?" He moved forward again and she stiffened. "I'm not going to do anything." He told her holding his arms up in surrender. She relaxed a little and lowered her arms slowly. After she had lowered her guard, he took his hand and laid it on her head stroking her head rather roughly. She flinched but stayed put, giving him a curious stare. He lowered his hand and motioned for her to follow him. She quickly pressed her feet into her slippers and closed her shoe locker throwing her bag onto her shoulder and sprinting too caught up with him.
They had a rather vivid conversation as they slowly walked to class. He didn't seem to be bothered with the curious stares they got as they walked by. The only attention he gave anyone was when Fujimoto walked up to talk to Sayuri. Aomine gave him a curious glance looking him up and down as if assessing his opponent. He seemed a little startled Sayuri was rather open with I'm considering her shy behavior. Sayuri watched Aomine out of the corner of her eye to make sure he didn't start anything again. "Kobayashi, I don't have club today, I was wondering if you'd like to walk home together." Fujimoto rather cheerily asked Sayuri. She didn't notice if he was just ignoring Aomine's death glare, or just to air headed to pick up on his animosity. Fujimoto had always been a light ditsy, though he was incredibly sweet and innocent for a guy, compared to Aomine who glared at hi he looked like a pansy. Sayuri didn't want any bad blood between the two and quickly turned Fujimoto down before Aomine could chase him off. "Sorry, my mom is dropping by to pick me up today." Sayuri quickly bowed in an apology to him. Fujimoto watched as she bent over peeking up at him with a worried face searching for forgiveness. She was way too cute to ever not get forgiven when she flashed such a cute expression and though she may not relies it, she could get away with anything. Fujimoto blushed a little at her lowered stance and expression as well as her profound chest that leaned out a little as she bowed. Aomine did not appreciate the boys gaze downwards and glared harder. Fujimoto seemed to notice and smiled at him, which his either ditsy or cunning response only pissed Aomine off more. Before Aomine could charge in front of Sayuri she tugged on his sleeve and sent him a pleading glance. His anger dissipated at her pleading face but he continued to glare. "Your mother, I would like to meet Mrs. Kobayashi." Fujimoto said with renewed enthusiasm. "I could introduce you later." Sayuri sent him another warm smile that made him smile and rub the back of his head embarrassed. "Sayuri, let's go." Aomine angrily grumbled. He swung his arm over her shoulder and gave Fujimoto a cocky smirk. Sayuri struggled under his weight and argued muffled by him as she blushed from the contact. Claiming his territory, Sayuri rolled her eyes at his ungentlemanly like behavior, what was he an animal.
