……………………………………………………………………………………………………………….

The next few days were a blur. Carmina was either being taught some moves by Cameron and Diane or mourning over her family who were murdered by the devil, Sabre.

There were two days left till the funeral and as the days went by and it got closer and closer, she would become more and more upset about it. Of course Damien was very supportive, always distracting her or listening to her rant about what a bad sister and daughter she was. He’d always tell her in the end that they understood why she acted like this and they loved her anyways.

He decided that it would be better for her if all her new vampire friends (Cameron, Diane, Roger and Beatrice) stayed over at his house for a while so they could distract her by teaching her new things so she could defend herself if he was hurt or wasn’t with her. Plus, he needed Beatrice to help him make a cover up story about Carmina and her family for the humans that knew them. As long as the police didn’t find out, everything would be okay.

Right now, Cameron was showing Carmina how to crack someone’s neck and rip their heads right off their shoulder. Obviously, he didn’t do this with real people; he stole some dolls from clothes shops so he could physically show her. The disadvantage of using those dolls was that they were too easy to break.

At one point, Cameron had gotten annoyed over it so he asked Roger if he could show Carmina with him. Roger had taken it the wrong way and started a huge argument but later on, the one and only Anne had sorted it all out. Seriously, those two would argue over the littlest things ever, even just about favourite type of blood.

Damien watched Carmina jumping on Cameron’s shoulder so she could try and rip his head off because he was teasing her about Damien and her. He laughed as she started pulling his hair and kicking the back of his leg.

“Say you’re sorry,” she screamed in his face. He shook his head, not ready to give up. She pulled harder causing him to yelp.
