Suspended

Ryuki Pov:

Everyone is at kawamura's sushi restaurant right now. Ryoma won the ticket, eat all you can. Ryoma asked me to come with him while the rest just invited themselves. Everyone is happily chating when the door burst open. Tachibana's sister came inside.

"Se-seigaku ?" She looks surprise.

"What are you doing here, ann-chan ?" I ask softly. She looks at me sadly then sit with us.

"How's fudoumine's match, by the way ?" Momo ask. Ann-chan looks like she's going to cry.

"Oh. Speaking of that. I've got a reliable source about the match. Let's watch it, then." Inui said setting up the video. Ann-chan looks shock then she bowed down.

Inui sat back. When the video played, girls wearing their bikini's were being shown. Inui looks flustered. We all sweatdrop at him. Momo shouted histerically.

"Hey senpai ! Stop that ! I don't want to watch something pervert. Don't corrupt our innosence !" Momo shouted while covering his eyes. I narrowed my eyes at inui.

"N-no ! I-its just the beginning." Inui said looks embarassingly.

Then the match was shown. I expected this. When I first met them, I already feel how strong they were. But I didn't expect it to be like this. Then the last part was tachibana vs. akaya. Just then ann-chan spoke.

"They've just toyed us. Plus that guy, he broke onii-san." She said sadly.

They all fell silent after watching that. Then oishi decided for everyone to eat wasabi sushi.

The next day, I can't sleep so I've decided to stood up my room the walk down my piano. I palyed a sad song the walk out of my room. That's when I meet ryoma in his jersey. I smirk at it. I cook us breakfast then we both proceed to the court. Only to find a certain member. Everyone is up early. But sadly, rain is pouring so the match ended up postponed. We were sitting on some bench when akaya walk towards us. He made a regard with syusuke. Momo seems pissed off.

"Hey ! What did you say !?" Momo asked harshly. But fuji stop him.

"Momo." I called him. He just look at akaya who's smirking right now. "I think you should go now, akaya. Since the match is suspended." I said calmly looking at akaya with no void of expression.

"Hmp ! You. Why are you with them ? Ah-- nevermind. We'll just show you who's stronger." He said then look at us bashfully. I just sigh.

Since the match were suspended due to heavy rain, we just go back to our school for practice. Fuji is going to visit tachibana first and I decided to tag along. We bought flowers and fruits for tachibana.

"A Peony..." Fuji suddenly muttered.

"Yea. I really want blue iris or white heather. Blue iris symbolizes faith and hope. White Heather is a flower of protection. But they were too rare so I just pick peony. Since it also symbolizes happy life, good health and prosperity." I explained. Fuji looks quite surprise.

"Saa.. I never sees you as a plant or flower lover." He said smiling.

"I like them. Its wonderful reading their language. Every flower has its own meaning." I said.

When we get to tachibana, he seems surprise to see me. I gave the flowers and the fruits to him. He thanked for it. We all talk then tachibana gave his grip tape to fuji. Just then, ann-chan came. She's surprise to see us but she's happy. Then she look at the flower confiusly.

"Peony ? Its beautiful." She said which tachibana nodded in agreement. Fuji just smiled at it.

"Peony. It signifies good health. I hope you get well soon tachibana." I said. He smiled then thanked me. Syusuke and I both bowed and bid our goodbye's to him.

Third Person Pov:

Just then, tachibana hold the flower. He look at it then smile.

'Peony... It signifies good health, huh ?' He thought.

"She's really interesting." He muttered which shock ann. She rarely see this side of his brither. She smiled the sat beside him.

"And don't forget the word beautiful. I wonder if anyone in seigaku is interested in her ?" Ann-chan wondered.

Tachibana chuckled. "Interested ? All of them. Ofcourse except ryoma, echizen since she's his oneechan." He said placing the flower in the vase with water.

"All of them ?" Ann ask confiusly.

"Well... I know a certain one who seems stand out the most." He said chuckling again.

'Ryuki Echizen, huh ?' He thought.
