Chapter 40

Junior Senbatsu Camp

Third Person Pov:

           Today will be the Junior Selection Camp. All the teams that are part of the Kantou Tournament are all invited in this camp. Selected players out of them will be the chosen to play against america. The coaches will be Ryuzaki-sensei, Hanamura-sensei and Sakaki-sensei. Teams will be shuffled and devided into three groups.
           But in the middle of the camp, Ryuzaki-sensei suddenly had a heart attack. So her group were now on their own and in chaos without a coach. Ryuzaki-sensei brought to the hospital that day. Yet unknown to them, a certain someone is back to be just a substitute coach for the real replacement won't be free that day.

Someone's Pov:

           "So, how are you now, obaasan ?" The unknown person asked.

           "Fine. I will be submitted for another check up tomorrow. Im really sorry to impose on you. He's not available for today until tomorrow. But he will be here the day after." Ryuzaki-sensei said.

           "That's fine. Im really excited too. Its been a while." Someone replied.

           "Hoho ! If I didn't know know since you were a child, I would be really shock at you right now. I assume things are getting better." Obaasan replied with a smile.

           "Yea. It feels like Im getting back with the old me. Im really happy right now. Im just a little nervous of  how would they react." I said.

           "Yea. But I know they can't be mad for you so long. I think its the right time to explaine everything to them." Obaasan said. The person sighed then nod. She bid her a goodbye.

           "Take care of them for now.. Ryuki."

Ryuki Pov:

           Im really nervous right now. I walk out of the taxi then walk inside the camp. I saw horio gaping at me so I gestyre for him to stop. When i reach the room for meeting, I saw hanamura-sensei with sakaki-sensei waiting for me.

           "Ohayou Gozaimasu ! Ryuki Echizen, Yoroshiku !" I greeted them.

           "well, I expect nothing less from coach Ryuzaki. Nice finally meeting the queen." Hananura-sensei greeted back.

           "Ryuki is fine sensei. I'll just be the substitute coach for the real sub coach. Something came so he'll be delayed."  I  explained.

          "Well then ryuki, I think ryuzaki-sensei already debriefed you about the camp. You can go to your team now." sakaki-sensei said. I bowed at them then go to my group.

           When I arrived there, I saw ryoma having a match against akaya. That's when I saw a different kirihara. He's no longer playing To hurt but to win and have fun. I smiled then walk at them. Everyone gape at me.

          "R-ryuki ?!" oishi muttered in disbelief. I nod at him smiling.

           "Ryuki-chan, nya ?!" Eiji jump out of nowhere.

           "Se-senpai ?!" akaya look at me in shock. I nod at them. Then look at ryoma. He's looking down with his cap hovering his face.

           "ohayou minna. Im Ryuki Echizen. I will be your substitute coach just for the mean time. Your real sub coach got delayed, that's why." I explained. They stayed silent for a second until someone oppose.
